The team at Adventure Nannies is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They contribute to strengthening the entire household staffing community and set the bar high with their professionalism, high standards, and commitment to families and nannies. Any family or nanny working with them are in excellent hands.

This company lied about their ability to find quality candidates and were ultimately unable to deliver on the search that was paid for. The process was poorly run and they just don't have a quality pipeline of candidates. They also push their clients to offer wayyyyy off market pricing to find someone. They told me I need to offer $160,000 USD to find a suitable candidate. Ultimately, I gave up on the agency and signed up with another. The new agency finished the search in a couple weeks and I saw a tremendous amount of quality candidates and hired a fantastic person at a more realistic salary for me and my family. The other agencies fees were also more than half the price of Adventure Nannies.

My experience with Adventure Nannies has been overwhelmingly positive. Their team is exceptionally professional, well-organized, and clearly committed to making meaningful, long-term placements. From the initial outreach to interviews and follow-ups, every step of the process is handled with care, clarity, and respect for both candidates and families.
One of the things I truly appreciated was how tailored and thoughtful the placement process felt. They take the time to match families and candidates based on lifestyle, values, and strengths—not just availability or qualifications. This level of attention speaks to their integrity and deep understanding of what makes a successful placement.

One small area for improvement is the online job application system. Currently, when applying to multiple roles, candidates must re-enter all their information from scratch each time. While this is more of a web design issue than a reflection on the staff, streamlining the application process would make it more efficient—especially for candidates exploring several opportunities.

That said, the professionalism, care, and quality of service Adventure Nannies provides far outweigh this minor inconvenience. I would absolutely recommend them to any nanny looking for a high-standard, well-supported placement—or to any family seeking an exceptional caregiver.
