I have beenbdealing with Stuart Scott as my main contact, he has been amazing, thoughtful and has taken the time to explain everything thoroughly making sure I understand every step. He has also let me know if another member of the team will be contacting me this made me feel very secure in the process. I cant thank him and the team for all the help and support. He has always delt with everything with understanding and kindness.

I was just looking about online at the possibility of going through an Iva when I was left some debt after a previous relationship and already having a debt management plan in place that was going to take me another 16 years to pay back at almost double of what the initial debt was… Stuart rang me almost immediately and got the ball rolling, he explained everything and during each step kept in contact to let me know what was happening, he was also on hand for any questions I had and replied quickly each time!! Everything has been approved and my iva has been accepted.

From start to finish Stuart has been incredible. Within 10 minutes of putting through a request online I had a call back. He went through everything with me in such great detail that every option was understood thoroughly. He then was on hand all hours of the day, 7 days a week for advice, help and knowledge.
