Excellent experience learning through Advised Skills. The tutor - Krystof was engaging and knowledgeable.

Die Erfahrung war ausgezeichnet: ein sehr kompetenter Referent, der die Inhalte perfekt und mit großer Geduld vermittelt hat und immer mit einem Augenmerk auf die Praxistauglichkeit und die anstehende Zertifizierungsprüfung!

I did the 4-day online TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Foundation and Practitioner course. The contact with the office regarding the booking and further clarification was fast and uncomplicated via e-mail. Our instructor Kristof did a great job. He provided a lot of variety by offering different types of quizzes during the course. On day 3 and 4 we could train our knowledge by preparing practitioner questions in smaller groups. He also provided us with lots of information marterial and questions to practice. Some questions from other participants regarding the daily work or problems of architects were also adressed and discussed. I can recommend the course and would book it again anytime.

They were very well-organized and helped to ensure I had the right training needs. The PMP exam preparation course was very informative and interesting, and I learnt a lot from it.

It was an extremely smooth experience from start to end for the 4-day TOGAF EA course. Valeriya was responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the course. The instructor Kristof was organized, extremely knowledgable, and pleasant!

Firstly, customer service has been absolutely great. Laura Cseh has been very quick and efficient with her responses, making the website and other queries easy to navigate. Regarding the training, it was good too but I felt a bit rushed into the course topics, and the teacher was super skilled though.

To start with, the customer service provided by Valeriya was absolutely amazing—professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful throughout the process.

This was followed by an outstanding training experience on TOGAF 10 led by Rafal Urbas. His approach to training was truly exceptional. Rafal managed to keep the sessions highly interactive, engaging, and consistently focused. What stood out the most was his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I understood the TOGAF framework. He explained complex concepts with real-time examples, making the subject not only approachable but also easy to grasp.

Thank you both for such a valuable and enriching experience!

First of all, the costumer service provided by Sybilla was amazing. Sadly the training I initially booked was cancelled but it was very easy to work alongside Sybilla to find a different suitable date for both sides.

The instructor, Chris, was amazing, dynamic and very knowledgeable. It was clear how much experience he has and that he cares for his students, giving us guidance, words of encouragement and little tricks.

The Foundation group was only 4 people and myself and another student for practitioner and this made the interactions and information easier as it was more personalised and easy to participate and interact.

Of course the course content is dense and some modifications were requested, such as a different pace or more focus, this was take into consideration by the instructor and actioned which was appreciated.

Finally, I consider attending the lessons have been a good idea as it has given me more understanding of PRINCE2 and prepared me for the exams, however I would have appreciated more focus on understanding the processes not just for the exams but for day to day work.

In summary, great training, great instructor and great company!

Very good presentation of Open Agile Architecture content, with interactive methods

Excellent instructor, excellent course (Leading SAFe 6.0) with Andrzej Czarnecki who provided me a really great journey and experience in SAFe.

Excellent instructor, excellent course (TOGAF 10, Practioneer) (Krzysztof G.) who, over two days with us took us for really great journey and experience. I basically can't wait to book next course.

The course was interactive and offered plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Real-life scenarios were addressed on the spot with practical solutions. The instructor was knowledgeable and friendly.

I would give higher rating if the course for IT4ITv3 would have been given more days, since the comprehensive matrial is way too big for only days

If I could give a zero star review I would. In short, my issues come down to 5 things listed below. I am bringing the issues I have had up with legal council. This company is terrible. Do not waste your time or money.

1. Abhorrent customer service. My issues with the course, the level of instruction, and quality of learning provided was far from the stellar description they provided me. Advised Skill's lack of support throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. After 3 weeks of requesting answers or clarity to information with no avail, they offered me to resit with another instructor. I had already registered with another provider who is much much better and 1/10th the price. I requested a partial refund or access to the PMI Study Hall, which they denied. I wish I had gone with the alternative option to begin with, as I now have to unlearn the incorrect information that was provided and relearn it.

2. Lack of Clear Instruction: The instructor frequently skipped over critical topics and failed to explain key concepts in a structured or logical way. Multiple times he explained information incorrectly, which lead to mass confusion and discontent by the entire class.

3. Dismissive Behavior: When students struggled or asked for clarification, the instructor often downplayed their concerns, making remarks such as “It’s really easy, I promise” rather than providing further explanation.

4. Gaps in Content: An example of this was during the session on mathematical equations. Instead of explaining the connections between formulas, the instructor simply plugged in numbers. When a student expressed difficulty with math and requested a proper explanation, the instructor refused, insisting it wasn’t worth the time—even though he emphasized its importance for the exam.

5. Inconsistencies & Errors: At multiple points, the instructor provided incorrect answers to practice questions, further confusing students. To this day, we are still struggling to get the correct answers despite multiple follow-ups (attached email thread for reference).

In short: avoid at all costs. Advised Skills is a scam.

I have attended the TOGAF foundation training from Knowledge Academy. The trainer Krzysztof 'Chris' presented the TOGAF concepts well and the training went well. Thank you very much Chris.

I attended a great 4-day training in TOGAF EA. Our trainer was extremely knowledgable beyond the syllabus and made good use of different training techniques (slides, quizzes, virtual whiteboard and discussions on day 3 & 4). He was passionate about the teaching material and provide many additional references and source materials for us to follow up on (if we are so inclined) which will help us not only for the certification but also for the practice as Enterprise Architect. Now, I am feeling well prepared for the certification.

Excellent and competent trainer, very "goal-oriented" and with a lot of hints and practical experience to share.

Good course and Krzysztof Politowicz (Chris) is really good instructor.

Great course, I really enjoyed it and Chris our instructor was really engaging and made it seem easy for us. I totally recommend it.
