Ad Warrior provides a service to their clients to allow them to advertise any job vacancies the client may have across some of the UK's leading job boards. We post onto sites such as Totaljobs, Reed, Monster, Jobsite, JobFlurry Linked-In, Social Media and many more aggregated sites. All adverts last for 28 days and are usually posted on the same working day. All applications received are forwarded onto an email address of your choice, uploaded to the client portal or forwarded to an exteral application URL. We offer maximum exposure at very competitive pricing, we feel the best way to attract the best candidates is to have your advert as widespread as possible.

I have recently started using ad warrior and so far i have been really pleased with the results.

My contact Gareth is extremely helpful and knowledgably and his assistance has been the deciding factor to increase the numbers if ads I have on our account. Nothing is too much trouble for him

The ad results have so far been good and i ma hoping this will greatly reduce our recruitment costs going forwards

Great very personal service

I have been introduced to AdWarrior quite recently, and as I am keen to manage our recruitment spend while increasing our coverage, they offered me the perfect solution.

They provide an account manager, in my case Matt Knowles, so that I can maintain contact with the him and he will advise (if requested) how to improve the adverts to achieve even greater results and current offers. Matt is always very helpful and personable, with no question too much trouble for him.

I have recently taken their sponsored jobs through Indeed which is really useful as this has helped to further drive down costs.

I note a recent review only offering a one star, as they have been flooded with spam messages, I can state I have never received any spam messages, whether this is down to our spy software or otherwise I cannot say.

I have renewed my licences several times following their great service, and as I commented above a lack of spam.

Spammers

They use TotalJobs to spam you with completely irrelevant jobs. Even though their copy in the spam says:
"I'm Steffanie . and I work at Ad Warrior.", when you contact them they just try and blame TotalJobs.
I don't want spam about workshop technicial jobs. I don't want spam about permament roles, my profile states very clearly that I'm a contractor.
No, I'm not interested in being a SENDCO at Sale Grammar School. I have no idea what one even is.

We are very sorry you feel this way and it has prompted you to leave a review. As you can see from our service reviews, we have an excellent rating which we are proud of and we are disappointed to receive your review without any previous correspondence on the issue.

We regret the notion that we blame TotalJobs for the emails you have received. As per any 'CV invite' through any of the major job boards in the UK, Ad Warrior is provided with a sample of candidates that match the criteria for certain vacancies. Ad Warrior does not seek out these candidates directly and certainly does not spam candidates. As mentioned the candidates that are 'invited' would usually have some previous history of searching for similar roles or jobs in that industry for them to become marked as suitable. This is usually in the candidate profile or settings to which the candidate can amend and change at their will.

There has been no intention to spam any candidates from Ad Warrior, this would have no benefit to us as a business. The feature provided to us by the job boards to reach out to suitable candidates is hugely successful, allowing our clients to recruit hundreds of candidates who have not applied for the role directly as they may have missed the role online. The invite prompts them to apply.

It would have been nice to have a conversation about this prior to the negative review so we could look at your candidate profile and inform the job board that you are receiving these invites which would have stopped your invitations coming through. I still think it would worthwhile checking your profile account to remove certain settings on job roles you are getting invites for.

Ad Warrior vs LinkedIn

In the past we had used LinkedIn for recruitment, but more recently it wasn't working for us, and costing a lot of money. For out latest hire we switched to Ad Warrior and was so impressed, we had loads of applicants, some really great first round candidates and a handful of really strong second round candidates. It was hard choosing our final hire, but we are really happy with our selection. No more LinkedIn for us - Thank you Ad Warrior, honestly I don't know what we would have done without you...

It works!

I thought I would look at this service as a new way to recruit. I was helped by their Matthew Nisbet who made things very easy and helped with the ad wording. It went live and I quickly received relevant CVs. We had employed a person in less than a week, with more CVs coming in.

Responsive service / they listen to your needs

We have been using AdWarrior successfully for several years now. Our contact Matt Nisbet is always very responsive, chases up for us and listens. We can discuss needs and discounts for larger credit purchases (which assists with our budgeting) and in these difficult times for recruitment, we feel we are getting a good services.

The best job board out there :) Gareth R is super helpful, he is checking in on live adverts every few days. Seeking feedback, looking for ways to gain more candidates.
