Albert E James & Son Ltd Reviews

Always use this company for my bird seed. Good quality seed and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend. Arrives on time too.

Fast delivery and excellent seed quality

The delivery was a mess, I was promised one day then that was cancelled then I was promised 3 days later then got a message to say delivery had been attempted but no-one at home when I was definitely there then the driver turned up over an hour after the time slot.

Always satisfied regular customer will use again

Only the second time I've ordered direct from this company, but I'm very impressed with the quality and pricing of the products.

Great customer service and excellent delivery!

Brilliant service received the corn the next day delivery

The courier you are using is terrible. The last 4 deliveries via parcelforce were very poor. They advise you of a delivery date. One waits in all day but nothing ever arrives. No contact from them. Nothing. Last time when the delivery didn’t arrive on the day specified and the next day I was out. They attempted to deliver that day but neglected to tell me. They took it away. This week they txtd me for a delivery Tuesday. Waited in but no delivery. Yesterday I waited in until 330 and was just going out when the delivery arrived without notice. Im afraid that I won’t be purchasing corn from you until you change delivery company

Nice product you must try it

I am still waiting for my parcel on the 5th January.

The delivery was yesterday but I was not at home, I had no way of asking the driver to leave it on my porch.

I received a message after the attempted delivery saying it was arranged for the following working day (today) but have not received it either.

I will still buy from you rather than amazon but it would be great Parcelforce made it easier for me.

Great seed for the birds in our garden and decided really promptly.

Having purchased grain over many years there is certainly no other company in my experience that delivers as quickly and the grain is always the very best quality. I keep Racing Pigeons so the quality is paramount.

great customer service ,speedy delivery, happy with product.
