I needed a new electric toothbrush and after a little online research I came across Aeltcare which had some very good reviews. It came complete with a flossier which is excellent. The goods arrived in 4 days by post, and I have been very pleased with the results. I have only used the toothbrush and flossier for 5 days, but everything is good so far.

The toothbrush FINALLY arrived yesterday after more than 10 days since ordering. I was beginning to believe I'd been scammed. I'm an American expat living in Portugal and had been using Sonicare toothbrushes for the last 20 years. I needed a replacement AS GOOD as my Sonicare. Upon opening the box I was completely surprised. The toothbrush has a very nice carrying box and the waterpik also has a very nice canvas bag for traveling. I have used both now and found both to be EXCELLENT oral care items. I am concerned how I will get more brush heads. However, I am very pleased with the product. I can also say that, once reading the reviews I immediately sent an email to their support web address. Within 24 hours I received a reply along with some additional information regarding shipping. It appears they have read the reviews and now respond more quickly. During the 10 day wait I sent 2 additional emails and both were answered. I highly recommend the product it is both very professional in design, durability and appearance. I recommend that you follow the charging instructions for first use.

Scam. Never got my toothbrush. Dont make same mistake as me.

I ordered this toothbrush and flosser on advice and therefore didn't check the reviews. The kit arrived within 10 days and looks very impressive. Sadly I can't use it as it is incomplete and I have been unable to get a response from the company. I suspect this is a cheap, rubbish product cleverly marketed by scammers. £118 down the drain and no option to return as they ignore emails.

I have got answer on my question from support team, they look real, not a scam. But they have to handle all requests faster

Received the parcel

Scam!!!!!!!! Fraud!!!!! Stay away. They won't issue a refund, they will dodge and tell you all sorts of lies not to give your money back. Oh and it's really a 20 pound bundle that you can get off chinese websites.

I ordered one of these on 28th Dec but didn't hear anything more from the company.
The tracking information was showing as not recognised so I was concerned I had been scammed especially after later seeing some of the reviews on here and I presumed the positive reviews were fake.
But.....I did receive the toothbrush on 3rd Jan and I'm really pleased with it.
Have only given it 3 stars because of the lack of communication and the stress of thinking I had lost the money.

I like the previous reviewer had doubts. After 8 days and before shipment cancelled my order to be told the day after it had been shipped. On receipt I emailed for a return slip/address well within the 14 days to be sent generic replies each time not giving me an address and offering me increasing discounts from 3 upto 11% when I stopped replying. I raised a dispute with my card company as the supplier was refusing a refund with not supplying a return address. (For reference it would cost £15.00 tracked with royal mail to return to China ).
This dispute was accepted. On further investigation by myself this is what I found out about the company:
I believe this company to be a drop shopping site. There is no mention of the location being based in China on the website, except for in the returns terms and conditions where there is the mention of international costs for duties, taxes etc.
I expected this to be what it usually is, for international buyers, as would any UK based seller be required to have. Also, the email is a UK based email (although albeit .com so international) furthering expectation that it was shipped from a UK location.
Upon further investigation on both the company, and the now found original company, on their Trust pilot websites for both AeltCare which was formerly MauArcher, it is clear to me that this is a scam product pretending to be a UK based company, which is shopping non branded mass produce products, original sold on aliexpress/temu. There is 0 sign or mention of their branding and is overall a generic product. Then reverse image searching a picture of the product it is possible that there are 5 alternative versions of this product with identical packaging to the product I have received, the only difference being some have branding on the boxes' top corner and on the toothbrush itself.
One of these brands refers again to the MauArcher brand, claimed to be the original scam brand of the Aeltcare company prior to a name change, so I believe this to further my point that this is a dropshipped product.
Overall, I have no confidence that this product is of any actual quality, that any future warranty would be respected or if the 'company' would even exist should the warranty be needed to be claimed on, nor that the company actually exists now as an entity, rather than a manufacturer with a sellers website. And as I can't open the product to verify if it even turns on, as that would damage the seal and consequently void the returns policy.
I hope this information is of some help.

Purchased the toothbrush but had a gut feeling it might be a scam so checked many reviews and sure enough the reviews stated SCAM. I immediately emailed literally less than 30 minutes after paying online, with request to cancel the order, only for my email to be ignored. I received the package and without opening any coverings of the toothbrush box, I emailed again with request to return for a refund. My request was ignored and I am now stuck with it. The company is Chinese.

When I realized the website looked British but the toothbrush was shipped from China, I genuinely thought I had fallen victim to a scam. However, I was positively surprised when the parcel arrived within 10 days—especially impressive during the busy Christmas period.

The product works exactly as described. This is my first sonic toothbrush, so I can only compare it to my previous electric toothbrush from another popular brand, but the difference in the cleaning process is huge. My teeth feel incredibly clean after each use.

A big bonus is that the toothbrush comes with a water flosser, multiple replacement heads, and a cleaning set for the flosser. Overall, a very positive experience and great value for the price!

I purchased from these people back in March/April last year. ONLY they were under the name of Mauarcher!!! Check the trustpilot reviews of them there! It’s a Chinese company and you will never get your money back from these people! The fact they’ve changed their name probably due to the bad reviews and lack of sales is DISGUSTING!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PURCHASED 2 WEEKS AGO NO EMAIL TO SAY SHIPPED HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES FOR TIMESCALE.. NOTHING.. STAY WELL CLEAR..

It’s a scam site. Should be shut down immediately. Don’t buy from them.

I purchased product back in November to be delivered in uk have been advised product has been delivered yet received nothing. Sent numerous emails to customer care zero answer beginning to believe I’ve been scammed….

When it was working, it was really good.
When it goes wrong, after sales is Really BAD
In that there isn't any!

I have applied for a credit card charge back due to misselling, false representation as having UK arm and a fake expert review website. I have gathered lots of evidence and am now having lots of emails from the Sales Director "Cindy" asking me to take photos of the toothbrush and if still in original packing I can return it". Do not fall for this as other reviews on here and the MauArcher trust pilot review(same company and product) show no one ever gets their full money back. Reading their terms and conditions and privacy policy is quite frankly terrifying! A very good lesson for me! Fake sponsored so called expert review sites. **
See review left 24 October about this being a scam site and product purporting to have a UK arm. No response to several emails to the support@ email address. Very stupid to have fallen for this. But I believed I had read a genuine expert review Only when I came here did I realise. Do NOT BUY.

I'm extremely satisfied with the performance of this electric toothbrush. The vibration intensity is just right, and it feels very comfortable in my hand. Using it morning and night has greatly improved my oral health.

The battery life on this AeltCare model is incredible. I only need to charge it once after over a month of regular use. It's so convenient not to have to worry about frequent charging.

This electric toothbrush has been a game-changer for my dental hygiene. I've noticed a dramatic reduction in plaque buildup since I started using it - it's made a huge difference.
