From the very first intro to pole session I knew I had found somewhere special. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, the whole community here just wants to see you progress and celebrates every win. The lessons are well structured and the instructors are just so lovely, each move and trick is explained well and in bite size chunks for us beginners. If you are nervous about starting pole, hoop or silks I’d say just go for it and try their intro courses, you will be addicted!

I started online pole classes with Jade during lockdown and I really enjoy them. Jade is welcoming, supportive and encouraging. She's quick to respond to messages and has provided extra classes for free to her students during lockdown. I've since done other types of classes with her (pole choreo, chair, body MOT, work outs) and do at least 1 class every week. The classes are great value and there's always loads of content to practice in between classes. Highly recommend.

Jade is an absolutely incredible instructor, she puts her heart and soul into everything she does and goes above and beyond for her students. After having lot's of fun in her online chair classes I can't wait for her studio to open as it looks fab and very professional. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Jade as a pole instructor. She is energetic, enthusiastic and fun but also clear and easy to understand in her instructions. She tailors her group classes to take account of everyone’s ability and level, providing various ways in and out of a move or transition. She’s always willing to demonstrate a move more than once, whilst taking the time to break it down and explain it in stages so that if something doesn’t make sense one way, she has another way to assist you in your thinking. I’m loving her online classes and am really excited for when her new studio opens!

I have trained with Jade for the past couple of years and i honestly cannot recommend her enough. My main experiences have been in pole and competition choreography, but i have also taken fit and flow classes and more recently online chair routines. She is so enthusiastic about what she teaches, but also what you achieve as a student, effortlessly breaking things down and making what she teaches inclusive for all abilities. For me she has pushed me to believe in my abilities more to try increased difficulty on the pole. Jade has such a creative mind and building routines with her is always so much fun.....and truly a good workout!

I would recommend Jade to everyone, she has an amazing way of teaching!!! She has an incredible way of helping you achieve things you never thought you would be able to do!! She is tough but her fun and bubbly personality makes it OK 😁

I cannot praise Jade enough! She has taught me pole for the last 2 and a half years having returned to the studio after I had a baby. Her approach to teaching is lovely, she is so supportive and acknowledged my confidence loss after being away from the pole for so long! She takes a cracking photo on the pole of which I have forever to prove I can do it.

Over the two and a half years I have returned to where I was pre-pregnancy and Jade has introduced me to so many new wonderful poses too! I have been able to work out whilst taking my little boy with me, who adores Jade!! In that time she has become a good friend and I love our studio chats as well as the work out! Thank you Jade xx

Jade is a fabulous instructor, not only is she clear and concise in her explanation (you want this when about to try a new trick) she doesn't make you feel ridiculous for asking more than once for her to demonstrate as well as explain again. I have never not felt welcomed into a class, the studio "feel" given off is respect, positivity in all forms, laughter and inclusion which is so important because stepping out of your comfort zone and trying a new studio never mind a new form of exercise is hard. It could be your first class or your 20th class and that doesn't change. If the online classes I have attended and thoroughly enjoyed are anything to go by I can't wait to check out the new studio.

I have been taught by Jade for the last couple of years and she has the most fantastic spirit! She is enthusiastic, supportive and loves seeing you succeed.
Jade also taught kids classes which my daughter attended for the last 2 years. My little girl's confidence has sky rocketed since starting lessons with Jade.
I would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

Having recently started online exotic choreo classes with Jade, I have to say I can’t recommend her enough!
I’m new to exotic work but she makes it both fun and easy to follow.
I really enjoy the classes and can’t wait to do more of them.

Not only are her classes well structured, adapted to all levels and fun, but she creates a judgement-free atmosphere and makes every single person feel valued and able to be themselves. There’s a massive variety of well priced classes to choose from at Aerial Sports that are really high quality, and the perfect group size. I have been one of Jade’s students for several years and wouldn’t be as strong or as confident as I am today without her influence!

Jade is one amazing person! She knows just how to encourage you and is not afraid to challenge you because you both know you have got her full support. She has given me so much confidence - she is so skilled and knowledgeable. If anyone is thinking of trying Jade's classes - go for it!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Jade is a an amazing instructor - I have been taught pole by her and she always provides an enthusiastic and energetic class with lots of new skills to try. Jade plans her sessions with all members in mind, adapting skills based on each persons abilities and current so that everyone can get the most out of the class. Jade is skilled in so many areas - pole, dance and many different types of fitness. I would highly recommend Jade :)

Jade has been teaching me pole for 18 months. She is an amazing instructor, she understands my strengths and weaknesses, she pushes me out of my comfort zones but never too far. She can always tailor a routine so people of all abilities can take part, she is always enthusiastic and encouraging. She is also excellent with kids classes.

I started pole just over a year ago with Jade and she has been my rock since!
I lack in confidence and always put myself down, but Jade has always been there to pick me up and show me that I can do it. Jade is so so soooo supportive and will always go out of her way to help in any way she can.
Jade is honestly one of the nicest people you could ever meet and I'm so very grateful for her!💖

Jade is an amazing pole instructor & fitness coach,studio owner over my 3yrs at pole classes I’ve always felt so motivated and also burnt out at the same time after any class, 121’s. Feel amazing & tired at the same time. Also since all this Lockdown I’ve only managed to attend 1 online cardio blast class which was great and thanks to jade she helps you all the time if your struggling at times and does / doesn’t push you because she knows you can do it if you put your mind too it!!! Jades fantastic and always smiling happy 😃 jade. Please if anyone fancies giving Aerial sports a try do so you’ll feel great. Xx.

I can’t recommend Jade or Aerial Sports highly enough! Jade always has new things to learn and will always break it down and adapt moves so that they are achievable for everyone. I always leave classes whether it’s in the studio or online, feeling amazing and with a sense of achievement.
