I received my order but had a query as an item was missing, however, their website isn’t very clear and seems amateurish.
I’ve so far emailed them three times regarding the missing item and still received no reply. I think I’ll stick with my other suppliers and will not order from here again. Poor customer service.

I received wrong order today and the company were very helpful. They fixed my order and sent my order with next day delivery. They also let me keep the product that I received by accident as an apology. Highly recommend the company x
I have never seen such a level of customer support! I live on the island of Men and had problems with delivery. However, the representative of this company found a personalised approach and helped me with the issue quickly and efficiently! I am absolutely delighted!
I had an issue today with my basket but it could have been my phone, I sent a message and had a phone call back very quickly and it was all resolved within minutes. They are so helpful and an absolute delight to speak to.. would highly recommend!!!! Thank you for helping

This company appears to be a duplicate company ran by people who do a great first delivery and then turn into a total nightmare with the aid of the delivery company arrangements. I've paid money and the driver arrived and refused to deliver my goods to me because I wanted to document what i was receiving, He became rude and aggressive said he was returning the package to the company against my wishes. I called and wrote and until i threatened a cancellation request was ignored by the seller. He requested evidence of the incident and was given a copy of my video recording. He then tried to turn the blame on me and said they hadn't receive goods back though the delivery company confirmed that the received it back on Friday the 6 of October.
They are claiming refund would be issued after a redelivery thay have already received less the delivery cost, this is unacceptable. The previous complainer had a very similar experience to what I'm having and I regret not paying enough attention and using first successful delivery as a reason to relax. I would advise a lot of caution as really a TWO FACE arrangement is what I see, I will keep you updated regarding the refund of my money or goods ordered ....
As expected all lies from this company… I have cctv recordings with all of my interactions with the driver and a phone recording. I suggest that trust pitot should now intervene and request the bogus recording the claim to have from the driver and also review my evidence and make the final decision. They are yet to refund any of my money, now considering making a court claim against them as well.
Got my refund back without the postage charges, so I complained to my bank and the difference was refunded back to me by my bank.
I won't be back again to this company... I'm glad this nightmare is finally over.

Hi we reviewed the footage you sent, you verbally abused the DPD driver who wanted to make the delivery (he didn't turn up with the intention of not delivering your parcel), I agree with him, he doesn't and shouldn't have to take verbal abuse whilst trying to do his role. In the clip you can clearly hear yourself refuse to take the parcel and he has no alternative but to return to sender.
As we have communicated by email we are happy to overlook the terms and conditions which clearly set out on our website that due to us not being able to ensure the product once its outside our supply chain we are unable to accept returns, exceptions where product arrives incorrect or unfit for purpose. The cost of products minus the dpd delivery charge that you refused will be made once the products are processed back to the warehouse (again as communicated in our emails).
We are happy for you to continue to use our service enjoyed by over 2000 clients each week. As indicated in our emails all we need is training certificate for each module you have passed, in your name (note: we cannot accept certificates in other names even if you claim to work alongside them, they would need to set up their own account, as I'm sure you understand this is to prevent the public from being able to purchase products that should only be administered by trained professionals.
I will contact you via email once the refund is issued, this is normally 1-3 working days from us receiving the parcel back into the warehouse.

Took payment for products which were out of stock. When asked for a refund michael told mw the money hadn’t been taken even though i provided the statement.. the following day i continued to email and he blatantly ignored me..
im now £615 down with no products
