This website is a SCAM !!! They took my money and i received nothing

My name is Steven Robinson this company is the worst garbage on the Internet What went wrong was wife buying this crap from China. She bought it as bday gift for my daughter who lives in Chicago. The tracking says says it was delivered my daughter says it never arrived. I spoke with a jerk by the name of Jason kwok he responded to my concerns. I told him I just want a refund I emailed him at least 5 times I get no response. I am currently searching for a tangeble person or location so I can put my hands on the crooks also they advertise on my platforms Instagram, FB, Pinterest and Shopify do not be taken in by the website. It look very safe but it's not.

Have been waiting over 2 months for a bracelet and necklace and still not sign. Each time they Jason Kwok sends a reply to say its out for delivery but everytime the delivery company says its waiting on the package.

Thankfully its not a big order but I guess 1000's of £25 is a lot of money for the scammer

Scam! Received a broken plastic bracelet and have not been able to get through to anyone.

I have been waiting two months two receive my bracelet and sent an enquiry to their customer service and they replied it had been sent. When I check the tracking number I was sent It says the courier has not received it and it has not been sent. SCAM!

I ordered a black bracelet with a photo of our dogs for my daughter but when I chased it up I was told they had never received my order, or photos, and I was told to place the order again, which I did. When it was delivered I received 2, one black and one white and 2 payments had been taken from my bank account. I have written numerous emails but they will not reply, they just constantly send me the same "proof of delivery" email and will not read/answer any correspondance I send.

Bought the bracelet the photograph on it.......The quality is not that good, went to return it and the return process, was nothing but sarcastic mails with no direction on how to return. I had to contact the bank to assist. The final mail from this mickey mouse company said "this item was on sale and can't be returned" It was NOT and I will fight for my refund. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
