I had problems with the loyalty points, the information on usage just scrolled round in a loop and didn't give me any real information. However, the AI assistant is much more efficient than many I have come across, directing my query to a human customer support assistant very quickly, resulting in an email offering to phone me to assist. Both Livvy (email) and Kayleigh (phone call) to be commended for their fast , efficient and friendly response. Order sorted, looking forward to receiving it. Thank you.

Items out of stock - please check with this company that they actually have stock before buying.

I purchased two items worth over £200, and was told a full week later that unfortunately the items were out of stock (even though in stock online). The same email said we would have stock in two weeks, however should be sooner.

Fast forward to today, and I have been informed that the items are not in stock at all, and wont be being restocked at all and this is due to the manufacturer.

The issue with this is the fact that I waited two weeks to get these items, which were never coming and now it is sold out world wide. This is an absolute disaster in customer service and a failing from top to bottom.

Never at any point in the communication did they mention offering a refund, so I have requested this myself. All they could offer was a 15% discount code.

If better and quicker communication was provided, I would have been able to secure the items from another manufacturer. A Farley should be careful when they advertise sought after items in stock when it is false.

The selection at A Farley is second to none and the staff are super helpful! I needed to change an item and they kept me updated and sorted it quickly and efficiently, will definitely be using them again!

A Farley is a family run store with a great website. Unfortunately I don't live close enough to visit their store in person but I have shopped online with them several times and the service is just perfect. Customer service over the phone or if you need to email is first class. Their products are great quality brands. Their rewards scheme is great as well.

Item wasn’t delivered within the promised timescale . However after sales follow up was good .

I was looking for a pair of riding boots and found an Ariat pair on the A Farley Country Attire site, that met all my needs and at an excellent price too. I placed my order and it arrived next day, free postage too. Great experience all round. I have seen many items on their site too, so I will be purchasing from them again.

Delivery address did not transfer correctly from my PayPal account. Called to explain, Kayleigh was so helpful and quickly put things right. Customer service really good compared with many where support is so superficial.

Read the reviews before ordering, I wish I had. Very slow delivery time and no information on progress. Took a phone call and several emails before acknowledgement that items were out of stock. Finally after asking for cancellation and refund were they finally sent.
