First Class service, fabulous products and super service. What more could you want.

Affordable Hearing delivered a first class costumer experience in repairing my faulty hearing aid. Zoe managed the whole process from beginning to end.
They even supplied a few new battery packs, cleaning sicks and a new storage box which was a lovely gesture to support their 5 star service.
I can’t recommend Affordable Hearing high enough, and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Zoe was absolutely amazing and took so much time and care over choosing, fitting, adjusting and programming the aids we needed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a wealth of hands on experience, advice and tips to give and knows the hearing aids inside out to be able to deliver excellent advice and relevant information.

The hearing test was extremely thorough and cared out with care and the audiogram results explained in detail, supported with care and information throughout.

We could not possibly have been looked after more and, consequently, could not be happier with the aids, aftercare and advice post-sale. Huge thanks and we're so pleased this service exists to bring the gift of hearing and communication at an affordable price with such care and support throughout.

What makes the experience with Affordable Hearing such an exceptional one? In a word…Zoe! But the concept of refurbished hearing aids giving faultless performance at a fraction of the price of new devices from High St names is brilliant in itself and is the way forward, especially for people who have been using hearing aids for several years and need to up their performance. Have not the slightest doubt. This is a deal you will not want to miss.

Very helpful member of staff helped me through the process, and trained me to deal with maintenance of the hearing aids. Very patient and happy to give me the time required.

Zöe is clearly very passionate about helping people to hear better. She seems very knowledgeable about hearing aids and genuinely wants to give great service, and does! Zöe is very quick at sending things out, and is easily reachable by telephone or text for any questions. She recognises the importance of having a hearing aid work properly and quickly assisted me when I had a problem with mine. The only downside to the service is having to post it back for adjustments, but it is still so much cheaper than anywhere else that it more than pays for itself.

I would like to say that affordable hearing have been fantastic i cant recomend them highly enough. I have never had hearing aids before and contacted affordable hearing and spoke with Zoe she help me every step of the way with choosing the best hearing aids for my budget and was very knowledgeable on all types of hearing aids.and walked me through the process step by step. I received my hearing aids and they have exceeded my expectations really small. I can start hearing again. Thank you Zoe for all your time and effort and expeareance I will defently use you next time cant recomend highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant service. Nothing was too much trouble for Zoe. She helped my dad choose some hearing aids to suit his needs perfectly and didn’t mind answering all of our questions.

Absolutely fantastic service. From the very first friendly phone call to many detailed emails Zoe has made my experience first class. Her knowledge and passion of the subject is exemplary. I now possess a faultless pair of immaculate reconditioned Oticons + all the advice I could wish for which is excellent and also......... saved me a lot of expense.

There need to be more stars available for Affordable Hearing! Zoe was nothing short of fabulous from start to finish! She called and patiently answered all my questions and gave her honest thoughts and opinions on what she thought suited my Dad best. She followed up when she said she would, was friendly, knowledgeable and so very efficient. It took all of one day for me to receive the hearing aids after paying! Really cannot recommend affordable hearing and Zoe any more! You wont be sorry!

Zoe at affordable hearing has been amazing. Very honest with her advice. reset my old pair so I had a spare pair. One was faulty so Zoe found me a replacement gave me a trade in on some odd hearing aids i had. I Sent in my hearing test paid for my new phonak p90s hearing aids and they arrived two days later. Could not ask for more. Great service, great hearing aids at a fraction of the price of new hearing aids

These guys are so helpful i brought my hearing aids of Zoe a long time ago, but whenever I have advice or accessories she helps me and sends me the things I need straight away. Would definitely only use these guys for hearing aids

I have received excellent service from Zoe. I initially enquired about getting my unitron aids serviced and some parts repairing as they were no longer supported by the manufacture. I was also looking to upgrade to some newer aids but had a limited budget.
Zoe took the time to call me and after some discussion I decided to purchase some Phonak aids and send my unitrons back for reconditioning.
This was all completed with a few days and I am really impressed by the service I have received and I have full confidence in both the product and the company. At no time did I feel I was being sold to and really felt that my own thought process had been listened to and any advice was for my benefit and well being.
Everything was well within my stated budget and it was never suggested to spend more.The upgraded Phonak aids came tailored for my own prescription and all I had to do was email my audiogram. My original aids came back like new. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company if you want top quality aids at a very affordable price. I can honestly state that I have saved at least 3000 pounds on what I wanted to achieve rather than what I would have spent new on the high street. I am so glad I didn't wait until I had saved for new ones and chose this option.

I lost one of my hearing aids and Zoe was very helpful in outlining my options. She helped me acquire an upgraded version of the hearing aids I had been using at a reasonable cost.

From the moment I made my enquiry to the day I received my hearing aids, the service was absolutely excellent. Zoe was so helpful, phoned me at a time convenient to me. Zoe was a great help with my many questions. She put me at ease and explained the difference with the various types of hearing aids available for my type of audiogramme.
