Call ATS first they won’t let you down!
I felt very comfortable from the start, when I emailed them about the price. They responded,I excepted and they continued to send up dates and I responded back. When going to another country where you don’t speak the language it was very comforting to know someone was going to be waiting with a sign for you and that’s exactly what happened . The price was excellent as well. I don’t work well with the computer but this was very easy and I felt very comfortable the month before that the corespondents between us was going to happen.

Thanks for your comments.
We're sorry for the inconvenience. However, we don't call or email our clients 24 hours before picking them up. We did send you a confirmation letter with both dates for arrival and departure. We contacted you a few days prior your arrival in Paris to confirm your two transfers again. We provided you with two emails with all the details of your transfers, arrival and departure. Plus, our driver gave you a card with the pickup date and time as you had received on your emails as well.
Still, you sent us an email asking if we had forgotten you the day before your departure from Paris, and we replied immediately saying that the transfer was confirmed and then you called again to confirm it one more time.
We still don't understand why so many confirmations were needed for this transfer.
Thanks anyway.
Best regards
Have used ATS for several years and…
Have used ATS for several years and they always arrived for pick-up at least 15 minutes early and were on-hand at customs arrival as we cleared the exit.
We always request the driver, John if available, because of his pleasing personality and helpful assistance with our luggage loading and unloading.
The cars/vans were clean and uncluttered and new models with no mechanical issues.
I would recommend them without reservation.

Exactly as advertissed. Competent, prepared driver, waiting for us with our name on a placard at the airport. Polite with no unwanted conversation. Safe driver, got us to our hotel in good time without killing us in the Paris trafic.
Highly recommend
