It did not meet basic academic standards. Additionally, key materials that were promised as part of my order were never delivered, and multiple follow-ups were even worse quality.

The company claims to be based in London, but their address is a virtual office, raising concerns about their legitimacy.
They do not provide a verifiable landline number - an another red flag.
When it came to payment, I was asked to send money to a non-UK bank account via Wise Transfer, which I later discovered makes it difficult to dispute transactions or trace the company in case of issues.

After receiving no resolution for the poor service, I took legal action. A UK court ruled in my favor and ordered them to refund me, but they have ignored the court order and have not paid.

I later discovered that Companies House had frozen their account, raising further concerns about their operations.

Shortly after, the same individuals began operating under a different company name, suggesting an attempt to continue business under a new identity.
My bank investigated the payment and determined that it was an Authorised Push Payment (APP) scam, leading to a full refund after confirming the transaction met fraud protection criteria.

I also noticed that a significant number of their positive reviews appear to come from accounts with only one review, which made me question whether they accurately reflect real customer experiences. Meanwhile, I found it difficult to locate certain negative reviews, including my own, which made me question how customer feedback is managed on this platform.
