The discounts were awesome. Free shipping also makes my purchase of two lamps AWESOME! The staff was very helpful with any information I needed during the entire purchasing process. The two lamps are beautiful and well made. Great quality for the cost!!

I ordered two Hubbardton Forge Extended Bar wall sconces and they arrived intact, extremely well packed and beautiful. They were sold at the best price I could find anywhere. We put them up and noticed the Ivory Art glass had a black dot imbedded in one of the sconces. I contacted Affordable Lamps and they in turn contacted Hubbardton Forge. I was advised to try to get the black dot out with Windex to no avail. Affordable Lamps arranged to have a replacement sent and now both of my sconces are equally perfect! I'd conduct business with Affordable Lamps again in a heartbeat!

I made an order on the website, then a day later I was contacted and told those lights were discontinued so the manufacturer only had 2 left, so I would be 1 short. I made a new selection for a light that they did have in stock, paid the difference and then the lights were shipped from the manufacturer straight to me. Just got the shipment and we are thrilled with product and packaging to keep a somewhat odd shaped item safe. The Sales Manager (Eric) was super helpful in the process, and I got the products for a great price compared to any other seller. It's not often you end up with such a good experience, so I wanted to express my thanks to Affordable Lamps by providing a review.

This company offers a wide (vast) selection of light fixtures to choose from. They pay both the shipping & sales tax. Best of all they guarantee your complete satisfaction or you can send it back for a full refund. I was looking for a replacement fixture for my lamp post whose fixture had been destroyed due to a car hitting it. I wanted something with a large stature similar to the one that was destroyed. I found exactly what I was looking for in a fixture made buy Melissa. I ordered the fixture but some how there was a mix up, I ordered a fixture that required only 1 medium base bulb. A criteria that I wanted. The fixture arrived, it was the size and style I was looking for but for some reason had a socket requiring 3 candelabra based bulbs. I emailed Eric immediately with my problem of the fixture having the wrong socket base, a socket that I was dead against. He responded immediately with a very simple solution. He had the manufacture, Melissa, simply send me a medium base 1 bulb socket, which was very easy to switch out, at no further cost to me. I did not have to pack back up the fixture and send it back for replacement and wait weeks between the return and replacement. The fixture I already had in my possession was to my specifications in a matter of a few days and ready to be mounted on my lamp post. This company stands behind what they sell. Responds very quickly to all correspondence, and resolves any problems that might accidently occur with an order very quickly. You can buy with confidence from this company and get a great price and value in the process!

Working with Affordable Lamps was a great experience! I am an interior designer and was in search of the perfect fixture for a client project. Mark was phenomenal throughout the entire process helping me find the right piece and working with the manufacturer in obtaining samples, measurements, and customization specs to create exactly what my client wanted. He was always kind, courteous, efficient, reliable and helpful throughout the entire process. I ran into a problem, which was my fault with a lamp order. They worked with me with choices on how to keep the lamp with an incentive or how to return it. It was a great experience to have them work with me closely until it was resolved.

Terracotta h23108-8 ter-h23108-8 1in December 13, 2024. The charge me & I didn't receive my orderer for 5 Month & after start calling them for my order they told me I need weight until June 15. Totaly scam!

Easy to work and the lowest price that I could find. Eric and Michael helped me with an issue and it was sorted without a hassle or question.

advertised a sale price online. I ordered the product shown as in stock (not back order status) as it was 20% cheaper than Lumens sale price on same product. Later at noon I received an email indicating that it is not in stock and order was cancelled. Product is available in other similar colors. besides the issue with indicating item not in stock when site said it was the other issue is asking me to call to place the order. Online I used paypal for my protection. by phone I would have to give acredit card numberaway? No way Jose, Lumen got more of may business with an easy and hassle free order for the same product just $20 higher without wasting my time and without risks of disclosure of credit card number by usinbg paypal with free shipping too.
Fortunately Lumens still had the color I wanted and in stock

By phone I ordered a Van Erp Mica table lamp and was assisted by Michael. He provided over-the-top outstanding customer service (a rarity these days). He made the whole process smooth, easy and even gave me the lowest price I could find on the internet. I wish I could received this level of customer service all the time. So, on a scale of 1-10, I would give Michael a 10,000. Thank you Michael!!!
