Order was submitted 5-29-2021 for a spa cover. Was told order would arrive in 4-6 weeks. When that time passed and it had not arrived I phoned to check the status. I was told the order was delayed due to world wide foam shortage and employee shortage because of Covid. I then received an email on August 6, 2021 telling me it was in production and that they suggest an upgrade, so I upgraded. I called to find out when I would receive the cover and she said between September and October. When I had not received I continued to call at times on a daily basis. The phone message was say the voicemail box was full or I was able to leave a message but never received a call back. Since I did not receive the product, I disputed the charges on my credit card and they would not refund due to the amount of time that had passed. So I continued over the following year and a half to contact the company with same messages given or no answer at all. Finally on January 10, 2023 a representative by the name of Melissa answered and said delivery was scheduled for May 2023. I requested a refund. She canceled and said the refund would come in a check form to address on the credit card file in 5-6 weeks. I have continued to call and now it disconnects and the web site has been taken down. One of the phone numbers I had for contact has been assigned to a business called Cars Unlimited. I then started to research this company and have found many complaints. I have contacted the BBB and office of attorney general @ myfloridalegal.com

SCAM!!!! 2 years later I don’t have my cover and month after month they keep saying next month. Asked for a refund 1 year ago and got some BS about their bank account being hacked and it would be 2 months. I email monthly and get no response.

I ordered a spa cover on 12/04/22, here we are, 4/01/23, no spa cover, no response on their webpage, no response to multiple emails… really feels terrible to be scammed like this….

Didn't receive it on time
called several times over nearly two years and was given multiple new ship dates. The last promise date was 10/31/22. All came and went, I have never received my spa cover.
Now they are shut down and in a law suit with the Florida ATTY General.

Ordered a $700 cover the first week of August. I've consistently emailed them for updates every 2 weeks since. Company went silent a month ago with no refund. Starting a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered a spa cover from affordablespacovers.com on 04/24/2022 for $520 it is 10 months later, No spa cover! have called and sent multiple Emails over the past 10 months, received excuse after excuse, (filed a claim with BBB over 960 claims against them) now their site is down, no responses from them by phone or Email. Filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in Florida, they have multiple complaints against them.

This is the same echo as other reviews. I ordered a spa cover, was told that it would be delivered within 6 weeks. Their website is no longer functional! I have no way of contacting them. In a deeper dive on the website, this company has been sued, there is a class action against them, and I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. I'm out a lot of money for a spa cover that I really need. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and hope that I am able to get my money back. I'm not holding my breath. Don't order anything from this company! they have ghosted, disappeared, and have probably took everyone's money and ran away with it.

Horrible as I needed a cover badly... :( now can't afford to buy another....

I ordered a custom spa cover from them for $520.00 on April 28, 2022. Received email confirmation of my order right away and then nothing. I have still not received my order as of February 2, 2023. I have called many times, emailed customer service and nothing. No answer and no response. I would rate them less than one star if that was an option. Do not use this company. I am out $520.00 and have no cover. You will have the same experience. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as contacted the Attorney General of Florida. We will see if any resolution comes of that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ok first, lesson learned. 2nd: Anyone can get a web page that looks legitimate. 3rd: I am not sure there is even a factory making the covers. 4th: Florida Attorney General has/is suing them(Google it). 5th: Customer service phone is no longer in service. 6th: they make money by not fulfilling orders, more money for expediting a cover that doesn't exist and more money for cancelation of order. 7th: no reason for the long lead time unless there is just 1 worker.Delivery date is missing from order page..hmmmm? Haha 8th: Looking here for a cover? Look elsewhere.
My order was August,2022. So, 5+ months and of course no cover. $450 down the tube but not without a fight that will start soon.
The "lucky" ones that receive a cover may have been given another company's reject or ?. Speculation but it is intuitively obvious even to the most casual observer of these reviews, that this is a scam company.

Avoid at all costs! You have been warned

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I ordered in September of 21, cancelled the order due to non receiving on April 22. As of January 23 still no refund they are refusing to refund my money. This company is a SCAM and just out to steal your money.

The Company takes orders then a month later they tell you that the order won't be filled for 9 months to a year. Then they say you should have read the disclaimer but you can' find it. They should state that orders will be delayed for at least 9months to a year. They will only give you a partial refund and charge you Only $180.00 if you cancel. This company is a total Fraud.

Ordered in April. In September was told I would get the cover in October. It's January and still no cover and no one answers the phone. This is a total scam. Do not buy here or you will lose your money.

Same as all the other reviews. Ordered in August. Web site said 12 to 16 week delivery. Waited 16 weeks, no product. Emailed and called almost daily for 4 week before I finally got an answer. Was told it would be delivered sometime in May. That would make 40 weeks but I wont hold my breath. Just hope my review helps someone else from becoming a victim of this scam company.

Same problems as EVERYONE ELSE on this site. Ordered in April, 2022. Strung me along and tried to charge EXTRA for cancellation, or MORE for EXPEDITED after 8 months! Disputed with my credit card company and won. DON'T GIVE UP - GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! Final letter from MasterCard received 1-3-2023 so this is now settled in my favor.

Place is a scam, waiting over a year for my cover. They blamed it on covid at first. Then,it was a shipping issue on material. I canceled my order. They offered me $25 to reinstate my order and promised it would be delivered. It never showed up. When I finally got through to a customer service rep, she told me my order was canceled. They claim I never reinstated and had no record of me getting a check. So I asked where is my refund check for $400 if my order was canceled. They claimed I'd receive the check in January or February 2023. I called bs.. and it shouldn't take that long. They claim their checks where being duplicated and the bank had to figure the issue out. What a lie!! Stay away from this business! I see they have federal lawsuit filed against them by the attorney General in Florida.

Horrible. Wait on hold if you call. Emails bounce back. Talked me into a $54 upgrade, charged me a total of almost $400. It's been 2.5 months....

Will I ever get my new cover????? They other review said he's been waiting 8 months....

charged credit card. 8 months later - no product. no response to email. voicemail box is full not accepting voicemails. Best I can tell - total scam.
