The product is fine. BUT they take spring a subscription on you and then take 3 or 4 amounts out of your account in one go. £96 was taken in 2 days.
I have been promised a refund, told my bank must have a delay and now silence.

Originally I was hoping to buy a get one one free and support a black owned business — then eights months after the fact they charged my card five times! I didn’t even receive any extra product. I’ll be reaching out to the founders.

Zero stars. Hidden “subscription” that gets you absolutely nothing. Got my refund after realizing I’d been charged for 4 months. Then 5 months later, they randomly charged me again. I have proof of a promised refund in emails and it’s been over 6 weeks with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and cancel your credit card if you have in the past because they are very sneaky.

If I could rate this service MINUS 5 stars I would. Their email box is full and they are not responding to my refund requests. They continued to charge me despite not taking out a subscription and are ignoring my emails to get a refund. I've now been charged 3 times for goods not received.

Scammers. This is a crime to charge customers without authorization.

Absolute scammers! I bought their scrub nets as a buy 1 get 1 free deal and received them no problem. But come to find they've been taking £24 out of my account on a continuous monthly basis without my consent or knowledge. They didn't respond to my my original request to cancel this and have since had no response, then they took several payments in one month! I've reported this to my bank so hopefully this won't happen again. I really wish I'd have read these reviews before purchasing. But stay well clear. They don't deserve your custom!!

Would post zero stars if possible. Complete scam as others have said. Cancelled the “subscription” after realising what was happening, and then 6 months later they too a total of £138 from my bank in 3 days!!!!! After many back and forth emails they finally agreed to refund me, but am still waiting 3 months on! DO NOT order from them, it’s a scam!!

Do not use this company- I ordered 2 mesh cloth things in July last year and they added a “free” premium subscription for news about new products which then then charged me £23 for in August. I complained and got a refund and have not visited the site since but they have taken another £23 in February- still waiting for refund- such a horrible company with poor customer service.

This company is a scam I perchased their product last year and they started charging me every month I notified them to stop last year they stopped for one month and started charging my account again this year I tried again to notify them the got mad and charged my account 4 times in one week I notified my bank they closed my account info I disputed the charges and got my money back with new account. THIS SCAM COMPANY DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER IS SUSPECT! SCAMMERS ALERT!

I ordered from them May of last year! Took them a month just to send my package that was being shipped from China vs Africa per the information on the website! They are now charging my card for a subscription that I NEVER signed up for!! Sent numerous emails for a refund. No one responded to the refund email but sent a generic email stating my subscription was canceled that I never signed up for charged my car twice in one day!! Definitely a scam stay far away!!

This company signed me up for a subscription I did not ask for and has refused to refund my money after promising to cancel and refund the charges. This company promised to refund me in September but charged and additional fee and then billed again in February. I have been waiting on a refund but get surveys asking about satisfaction instead. This is poor service.

I ordered their products last August. All was ok until I checked my credit card last week. On 11, 12 and 13 February I had six unauthorised deductions each of $31 taken out of my account. I've had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I've emailed the company twice but no response.

This company is a scam. You order thinking 1 order but they trap you into a subscription and co time to charge you monthly for 29.99. I co tasted them and ton them I did not subscribe to their service and they offered me half what I was charged, companies like this give small business a bad impression. Do not buy from these people.

Zero stars is really what the should get for being a scamming company. Afroscrub stole $29.99 from my account in Aug 2025 on a subscription renewal scam. After fighting to get my money back, they have now done it AGAIN. Thieves of the highest order. Stay far away from these scammers!

The product itself is fine , but a few months later I got a charge for 6 more items that I did not order and had to dispute with my bank.
The website is no longer there.

If I could score them negatively I would. After an initial purchase June 2025 I realised I had been signed up to a subscription service without my knowledge. I cancelled in August and didn't dispute it despite 2 payments taken without any product being received. Then 2 weeks ago in February 2026 5 payments were taken in 2 days despite contacting the company numerous times to state they were unauthorised payments. After 1 email reply the rest have just sent my email back as a reply. They have also had the cheek to ask for feedback! I have had to raise a dispute with my bank who have thankfully blocked future payments. Avoid at all costs and watch out for random future charges

Last year in May, I ordered 4 of their scrubs. It took a while for the scrubs to come in but that was fine. What wasn't fine was the $29.99 I was charged for a membership I never requested. I contacted them via email informing them of the charge and telling them I wanted them to refund my money. They responded and apologized but we went back and forth for several weeks and they finally apologized for the misunderstanding saying I'd get my money soon. I was in the middle of moving and forgot to follow up. UNTIL I recently checked my account and they withdrew $29.99 from my account THREE times along with $.30 three times. My financial institution is working on getting my funds back because I kept my emails from last year and have proof. The sad thing is their product is good, but their business practices are horrendous. They are unscrupulous thieves.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN; IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Cancelled subscription back in July 2025, they just started taking money from my bank account February 2026!!!
My bank is investigating them and refunded my money!!!!
Please don’t order from them go somewhere else

Had similar experience as others - ordered body scrub that arrived and then they started taking £23 every month - rang the bank to stop it as soon as I realised and emailed the company to cancel last year - which of course hasn't happened! I see they are still trying - getting declined notifications from the bank. This is Get Glownetic.
