I buy these for my nephew
I buy these for my nephew. They seem to have worked well to help him lose weight when he was also avoiding junk food, but that ended. He kinda fell off the health wagon and no Berberine supplement will help him if he won’t help himself.

I ordered lithium orotate because I have cervical nerve compression and read in nature magazine that this supplement may be helpful for regenerating nerve injuries.
