Fantastic customer service. Very informative and helpful.
Even after the order of my awning end caps I was regularly updated with my delivery schedule.
Rare these days to receive such great service.

I too have had shocking customer service from this company - it's the way they deal with issues is awful. I have almost never left a bad review for anyone but please avoid this company and buy from elsewhere

I recently brought both the Fiamma two bike rack and the 320 storage box.
You would think that buying from the same supplier would ensure a good fit, but alas no.
Bike rack. Several holes had to be reamed (drilled) out to allow the bolts and fixings to go through.
The bolts supplied to attach the rack section to the frame are too small, none of the nylon in the nut was holding a thread.
320 box. It doesn’t fit, despite being sold together. The attachment “U” bolts for the base will not pass through the bike holding channel and the main frame. Only choice was to drill additional holes and move the channel back 2cm.
Back fixings were drilled as per instructions but the “U” fixing bolts do not reach from the frame to the box. I had to use the spare set not for my box and redrill. I now have extra holes letting in moisture.
Tighten the bolts and the rear channels for the brackets hit the bolts on the rack deformation the box!
Final moan. Lock it total garbage!

I struggled to find some replacement mounting plates for a Fiamma box.
Agent Fiamma went above and beyond to supply some to me very quickly.
Such a great service. I will definitely be using them again.

We recently purchased a Fiamma canopy & privacy room for our caravan. We had a few problem's putting it all together so contacted Camperlands & spoke to Courtney who went above and beyond to help us. She put us in touch with Ryan who was equally as helpful and after a few days of emailing, managed to solve our problem. This company has one of the best customer services I’ve experienced, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had a trip to France booked on the 14th April. Checked my awning it failed to open as the canvas had split its as cheap to replace awning as to try and repair.so contacted company on Friday late afternoon ordered a new 4Mt awning and it arrived 8.30am via DX courier excellanr servicefrom both seach online companies and agent fiamma couldn't be beaten on price and delivery. Can't thank them enough well done team

In my experience, a company that goes above and beyond normal service levels. I recently made a mistake with an order and was not aware of it until they phoned (left a message) and emailed me - thanks Ross. My other transactions have also been excellent. I also find their prices to be very keen.

I needed some advice on awning brackets as I was finding it quite confusing. The lady at Agent Fiamma could not have been more helpful, I was called back within a few minutes as promised with the part number. Agent Fiamma had the correct parts in and they are on the way to me now. Great old fashioned service Thank you

I have been trying to get some product advice from 2 other dealers, both were of no help. I Left a v’mail today & received a call back with the necessary advise as to what parts I required.
Although I’m based in Ireland I could not be supplied by Agent Fiamma ( Thanks to Brexit nonsense) the gentleman even gave me the part numbers to help solve my problem.
I feel bad I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but top marks for his customer service & help.

Can’t praise Agent Fiamma enough, This is the second time I used them & on both occasions they have provided me with the info I required before purchasing the items.

I have nothing but praise for the customer service I received from Agent Fiamma. Ordered a caravanstore awning and privacy room and the whole process went smoothly and quickly, delivered to me within 3days from two separate suppliers.
After a week a person from the sales team contacted me to say I had ordered the wrong privacy room (complete mistake on my part). They very quickly arranged the room to be exchanged, all within a week. Plus they refunded me the difference in cost.
Absolute Brilliant service. Will definitely use again.

Fiamma tripod table system bought for £81.00 Not fit for purpose as tube doesn't fully slot into their genuine cup shaped receptor. It consequently wobbles so the table top rocks even on a level surface.
They agreed on testing in house that it does do this due to its design!
Totally unfit for purpose and a H&S issue if hot beverages placed on the table.
They will not accept it is faulty.
Total waste of money and Trading Standards will be contacted.

Having spoken on two occasions with Agent Fiamma over the phone asking for assistance with ordering the correct awning panels for our motorhome , we discovered that the items they sold to us did not fit .
On calling them to get help in sorting it out , they said we needed to call back and speak to the owner , Daniel .
After calling Daniel and asking if he could help us , he flatly refused , saying that we had ordered the wrong products for our needs . On reminding him that we had spent two calls and considerable time seeking their guidance , he then became angry and aggressive .
This is a company that has no moral ethics and should be avoided at all costs .
We are now left with products that are useless , with no fault of our own .
Do not trust these unscrupulous people .

Really Bad, they sold me the wrong awning and brackets and then would never answer the phones, I sent them 5 emails regarding the problems and they never responded.... Keep away from this company they are not worth dealing with...

Everything fiamma at Stourbridge the most rude unhelpful man didn’t want to help with what awning poles I needed just kept giving negative remarks. When I said he wasn’t helpful for a fiamma shop he told me to go elsewhere. Unbelievable we’ve been dealing with fiamma awnings for 40+ years can’t believe they’ve got such a rude arrogant man at Stourbridge shop

Excellent service, part delivered 3 days before estimated. Howard was very helpful on the phone and my later query on fitting was answered at 6.15pm on a Sunday evening by email from Daniel. Highly recommended, will definitely use again.
