Absolutely brilliant service. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely very helpful from start to finish. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel properly looked after rather than rushed. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Can't sing the praises of these girls that work in here enough. Very friendly and welcoming, always helpful and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help out. I had arrived in the shop just as the girls were closing with a family emergency and they still took the time to help me out even though it kept them back a little longer. Thank you.

I have been attending this pharmacy for many years when it was Lloyds and now Amiry & Gilbride and there was always issues with medication and at times with staff but over the last few months the conditions have improved immensely and staff like Anne Marie and other new members of staff make going into the pharmacy a more pleasant experience even when you are worried about medication shortages that you forgot to order they go out of there way to try to get the medication for you and are always very pleasant when explaining new medication

Been using ag pharmacy on causeyside street for over a year now .. always greeted with a lovely smile & staff are very helpful! They go out there way to ensure your you have everything you need :)

Went to Amiry again today in Neilston Rd - Sheena was so helpful- service and helpfulness 10/10
She also recommended Lynn at Linwood who checked out my ears - she was fantastic too

If you rely on medication for Mental Health, please do not join for the Locker Service at Amiry Gilbride, Causeyside Street Branch, Paisley.

I started with this service in February 2025 and it's been nothing but a stressful experience having no HBP, anti-depressants, Creon and my other less important medications for days. The branch did eventually issue me with 7 days supply of HBP medication but you can't just stop taking anti-depressants without it having an effect.

Causeyside Street Branch, to re-order my repeat prescriptions and 2 even 3 weeks later - I have nothing!!!

This occasion, on Tuesday, 27 May 25, I phoned Amiry Gilbride to order a repeat of Creon. As this is in short supply, Doctors can only issue a prescription for a maximum of 200 capsules but the dosage I have to take is 9 or 10 25,000 units a day. By Thursday, 12 June 25 I still hadn't received a locker code, so I contacted the Paisley Branch. That day I also put in a request for the remaining medications that are on repeat.

Today, Saturday, 14 June 25, I only have 4 25,000 capsules left, which won't even see me through the day. That's 17 days have passed since I ordered the Creon and I will have none to help me digest food. That's going to cause me more pain and the effects on my gut are not going to be good.

This morning, when I explained to the assistant at the chemist that I only had 4 Creon capsules left, her response was that I would have to phone the Surgery on Monday to find out what SAS going on.

So all in all, since joining Amiry Gilbride Locker Service, I've had to do without HBP, Anti-depressants and other medications, keep phoning their Paisley Branch to try and get said medications dispensed and now, from today, I'll have no Creon and only have unpleasant results to look forward to until who knows when I'll actually get a prescription filled.

I probably should add that what has really kicked me off into leaving this review is that the assistant today didn't seem to care at all that I didn't even have a sufficient amount of Creon to get me through the day, never mind until Monday when the doctors surgery opens.

Terrible service today and when I get this Creon and the batch of repeat meds, I will be leaving Amiry Gilbride Locker Service.

Please don't join this service, their pamphlet makes it seem as if it will work like a breeze - it doesn't.

I used to use the competitor across the road, who used to be very good and helpful, unfortunately this did not last, so, i instructed my gp to forward my prescriptions to amity, absolutely faultless service

Today Elaine administered my flu jab @ A&G Causeyside St Paisley .. She was so lovely , gentle and put me at ease ..
I didn’t feel a thing .. This service was amazing , Fiona from A&G Neilston rd , called over and organised this on Monday,for me to have an appointment on Tuesday at 2 pm .. Absolutely fantastic service , & thank you again Elaine for being so nice to me ..

Visiting from US, my fiancé took unwell with a viral infection and needed to use more of his inhaler which he ran out of. Popped into the Causeyside Street branch and the team there couldn't have been more helpful! They sorted him out with two inhalers on a private prescription to ensure he had a supply to keep him going until we got home.

My husband and I made an appointment to get our vaccinations against yellow fever in the branch on Causeyside St, Paisley. A charming young pharmacist called Kai dealt with us. He was friendly yet professional. I noticed the other staff in the chemist were also very nice to the customers they were serving . Kai patiently took us through all the information that needed completed and we got our jags. The price for this service was also the best we could find. I would highly recommend this pharmacy & travel clinic.

I visited AG causeyside street. I was served by Kai. He was extremely helpful. He was considerate and knowledgable. I would definitely visit this pharmacy again.
