Extremely friendly and helpful staff and kept well informed when prescription was ready to collect fantastic service

Had a full blood test there, the experience was very good, the staff were friendly, job well done.

Great service, went in for anbesol, and got ready to pay for it and Diane who served me said I could get the same thing but on minor ailments which I didn’t know I could do.

I took my elderly parent here today for vaccination which is usually very upsetting and stressful. However I just need to thank the pharmacist Francesca for her outstanding patience and kindness in her treatment this morning. She was so professional and caring and I can't thank her enough. We would definitely come back to see her again as injections were quick and painless !

I had an appointment with the pharmacist Sally last week in Uddingston. What a fabulous girl. So helpful, and knowledgeable. Nothing was a bother. She took time and answered any questions even if I asked them twice. An absolute treat. She was standing in for holiday cover in Uddingston as she is usually based in Linwood. A credit to the company. I’d travel to Linwood to see her for any other consultations. That said the pharmacists in the Uddingston branch are just excellent and they too are a credit to the company.

First visit to this pharmacy on Uddingston Main Street, usually use the competition across the road! However I will be back! Was served by two very helpful ladies Diane and I think Tracy . Then the actual pharmacist Francesca spoke to me. Such helpful people and great professional customer service all round- I will be back, I’ve never asked people for their names to do this before. But they were all so helpful and solution focused that I thought they deserved a wee mention and a thank you .

The attention and the help I received from Diane was fabulous. Her customer care was excellent and she went above and beyond on every occasion. I can’t praise her highly enough.
