I would love to give a feedback to Nidhi/AGpharmacy who carried on the poc doc test for me. She was brilliant and very professional. She made sure to explain me all the details of my cholesterol report and I can't thank her enough. Brilliant service and highly recommended.

Dreadful pharmacy. Have been given someone else's prescription, had poor customer service. Never again. I'd rather go elsewhere.

Went to pharmacy this morning at Airdrie and I was told I couldn't get my medication due to their only being one pharmacist and she was in a consultation for 45 minutes now the other staff at this pharmacy are brilliant and very helpful but the issue with one pharmacist and in a consultation for 45 minutes is ridiculous and very unacceptable this is a very busy pharmacy and for this company to not always have 2 pharmacists in at all times is not on so this company really needs to make sure their is always 2 pharmacists at all times so people can get their medication and not having to come back due to a lack of staff shocking

Went to Amiry again today in Neilston Rd - Sheena was so helpful- service and helpfulness 10/10
She also recommended Lynn at Linwood who checked out my ears - she was fantastic too

If you rely on medication for Mental Health, please do not join for the Locker Service at Amiry Gilbride, Causeyside Street Branch, Paisley.

I started with this service in February 2025 and it's been nothing but a stressful experience having no HBP, anti-depressants, Creon and my other less important medications for days. The branch did eventually issue me with 7 days supply of HBP medication but you can't just stop taking anti-depressants without it having an effect.

Causeyside Street Branch, to re-order my repeat prescriptions and 2 even 3 weeks later - I have nothing!!!

This occasion, on Tuesday, 27 May 25, I phoned Amiry Gilbride to order a repeat of Creon. As this is in short supply, Doctors can only issue a prescription for a maximum of 200 capsules but the dosage I have to take is 9 or 10 25,000 units a day. By Thursday, 12 June 25 I still hadn't received a locker code, so I contacted the Paisley Branch. That day I also put in a request for the remaining medications that are on repeat.

Today, Saturday, 14 June 25, I only have 4 25,000 capsules left, which won't even see me through the day. That's 17 days have passed since I ordered the Creon and I will have none to help me digest food. That's going to cause me more pain and the effects on my gut are not going to be good.

This morning, when I explained to the assistant at the chemist that I only had 4 Creon capsules left, her response was that I would have to phone the Surgery on Monday to find out what SAS going on.

So all in all, since joining Amiry Gilbride Locker Service, I've had to do without HBP, Anti-depressants and other medications, keep phoning their Paisley Branch to try and get said medications dispensed and now, from today, I'll have no Creon and only have unpleasant results to look forward to until who knows when I'll actually get a prescription filled.

I probably should add that what has really kicked me off into leaving this review is that the assistant today didn't seem to care at all that I didn't even have a sufficient amount of Creon to get me through the day, never mind until Monday when the doctors surgery opens.

Terrible service today and when I get this Creon and the batch of repeat meds, I will be leaving Amiry Gilbride Locker Service.

Please don't join this service, their pamphlet makes it seem as if it will work like a breeze - it doesn't.

I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
I got the advice and medication to treat a minor ailment.
Joanne & Rizwana were very thorough and made sure any medication I was given didn't have an adverse effect on any other medication I was prescribed regularly by my GP.

I used to use the competitor across the road, who used to be very good and helpful, unfortunately this did not last, so, i instructed my gp to forward my prescriptions to amity, absolutely faultless service

Lynn made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable when giving me information and advice. The treatment she prescribed for me has worked well.

Great service friendly and very empathetic good listeners the doctor there was great helped alot understanding what is wrong happy and definitely recommend

I attended with my family to get vaccinations for an upcoming trip. Julianna was very knowledgeable and friendly, and great with the kids. She distracted them with some Disney to make the vaccinations more bearable for them! Thanks for your help Julianna.

Went in with what I thought was an ear infection but turned out I had a migraine the experienced pharmacist was absolutely lovely can’t thank her and her colleague enough they were both very compassionate and are definitely both in the right job thanks so much for your advice today :)

Great staff, very helpful

Went to this branch for private services and can't praise the team enough. Information in abundance, dedicated to answering any and all questions even ones I deemed silly or irrelevant, nothing was a hassle to them, flawless experience and will most definitely recommend and return to bearsden

My granddaughter took a severe allergic reaction. We took her over to the chemist where the pharmacist Lauren took one look at her and said it was a very bad reaction. She gave her piriton and had an epi pen at the ready while waiting for an ambulance. We can't thank or praise Lauren enough for everything she done for us and my granddaughter. She went above and beyond foe us constantly checking on how the reaction was changing while also reassuring and calming us down. So lucky to have Lauren and the team thank you all x
