I am very grateful to the staff at Amiry and Gilbride in Uddingston in going the extra mile. Diane and Yvonne have been really helpful and supportive in enabling me to make sure I have the right medication and paperwork in place for my relative. Thank you so much

Lynn is absolutely fantastic! Nothing is a bother and she’s so kind and helpful towards everyone. Other staff are pleasant too but Lynn goes above and beyond. Think she realises people using the pharmacy are ill, possibly tired,etc and is just so easy to deal with and explain things too.

Last week I attended uddingston branch on 5 separate days for myself and my grandson.

The attention and the help I received from Diane was fabulous. Her customer care was excellent and she went above and beyond on every occasion. I can’t praise her highly enough.

Lynne and Chloe in Linwood chemist are so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Explain with patience any questions you have. I will always use this Pharmacy now. All staff are friendly and if your worried about asking a question you do not need to in this Pharmacy. Keep up the great work.

I had just came of a plane with an ear ache and went to pharmacy and Lynn was a great help with my ears, Lynn sorted me out with painkillers and an ear spray very fast. Couldn’t recommend her enough! Thanks Lynn

I've been in a few times, but the experience that stands out the most is when I recently contracted an ear infection. Went in, and the consultant Lynn sorted me out with antibiotics and painkillers in less than 10 mins. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Visited uddingston pharmacy Diane referred me to the pharmacist Kia. They were very helpful prompt and 1st class service.

I had a brilliant experience with Lauren when I came in a few weeks ago with some issues before my flight to go on holiday. Lauren was professional, patient, and explained the causes of my symptoms very well, and the solution provided was really helpful. Also very friendly and welcoming as are all of the other staff, they are running the pharmacy extremely well with satisfied customers. Thanks again Lauren - Liam

I visited AG causeyside street. I was served by Kai. He was extremely helpful. He was considerate and knowledgable. I would definitely visit this pharmacy again.

Was served by Paige and she was extremely helpful, I had been around 12 different pharmacies to collect ear drops for my baby and none of them had it in stock. Would recommend this pharmacy and the customer service- thank you

I was picking up a prescription for my Aunt and I was very impressed with the staff. I am dreadful with names but I believe that the staff members I dealt with were Deniece and Diane. Both were exceptionally helpful and it was such an excellent experience that I may switch from my current prescription management service to Amiry and Gilbride. The staff are not only helpful but also very knowledgeable.

I need to attend a pharmacy almost daily and have done for many years with many different pharmacies. I have to say A&G on Neilston Road, Paisley is the best I have ever attended. The staff are all extremely friendly and personable. Kim, Kelly, Lindsey & James are some names that come to mind and the pharmacist Fiona is beyond helpful. Everyone is knowledgable and happy to help with a big smile. Prescriptions are always on time, I never have to wait long for my daily medication and the staff are all helpful and seem well trained on a number of extra services like ear cleaning and blood pressure readings. 100% would recommend. I dread the day I move out of the area and have to find somewhere just as inviting.

I got two travel vaccines today at the Anniesland branch by Eugene. It was an incredibly easy process and Eugene was very helpful the full way through. I get very nervous with these types of things but he made it a breeze. He went through all of the different options I had and explained each one more thoroughly than I've even had my GP explain things, he even backed it up with statistics showing me exactly what the risks are in the locations i'm going so i could make a properly informed decision. This is how healthcare should operate!

Based on this experience and the friendliness of Shona at the front desk, I would highly recommend this Pharmacy and in the future it will be my go-to, even though its not the closest to my house.
