Put in an order more than a week ago and no updates, no communication, nothing. İ tried contacting them via email, IG, LinkedIn. Nothing. Save yourself a hassle and don't get scammed.

I ordered horse dewormers and sadly the experience was disappointing. The website states free shipping over €100, and after creating an account I was promised a welcome discount that would remove shipping costs. That discount was never applied, and despite emailing immediately (and several times after), it took 23 days to get a reply—only to be told it doesn’t apply to international orders.

Communication overall was poor. I barely received any order updates, which made me question the reliability of the site. The package did arrive, but not without more issues. I was told that Noromectin was out of stock and that an identical replacement would be sent. Instead, I received Bimectin, which is not identical and covers 100 kg less. This was never communicated, and now I’m one syringe short.

The products themselves are fine, but the communication and customer service were not. Because nothing was resolved and the responses were quite dismissive, I can’t leave a positive review.

Agridirect sell fake products. Don’t buy by Agridirect if not you will receive only fake from China

I have ordered mutliple times from Agridirect now and have always found the service to be great. My stuff has been delivered on time and they have a really good range.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. They do not tell you the delivery charge when they list the cost before you confirm purchase. They just add it once you press confirm purchase. They added £5 and there is no cancel option.

I emailed them straightaway saying I wanted to cancel the order. They replied later saying it had already been dispatched.

When I contacted 'customer services' all I got was passive aggressive responses blaming me, saying delivery cost was listed, despite the fact I sent several screenshots to prove delivery cost is definitely not listed. After I had this issue, I saw another review complaining that they did not list delivery charges.
If they'd just refunded the delivery charge as requested I wouldn't be writing this review.

They just blamed me, then ignored me and did not refund the £5 delivery charge that was not listed when I made the purchase. I won't be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a corner trough a little under a week ago. After the initial conformation email I had no further updates. The website stated 10 days for delivery for this item so I figured I would wait patiently before chasing for possible dispatch dates.

Well the trough turned up just now 😅 really please with the speed it came, but as it was coming by pallet truck it might have been good to know it was coming so I could have been prepared.

Torn about using them again, prices are really reasonable but I like a bit more information about deliveries.

Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. No serious attempt made to attend to issues that arose from missing delivery. Cannot understand how a company can believe it's in their interest to be so lax. Will not do business again.

A terrible company!! After I had a delivery which was stolen from my doorstep after it had been left when the delivery driver didn’t even knock! This was a highly toxic chemical and should never of been left!! Not that anything should have been just left without knocking! The company was absolutely useless and refused to refund me and were not interested in in my consumer rights! Buy somewhere else!!
My bank knows consumer right and so refunded me! I have hundreds of order a year so things go wrong but I expect my rights not to be ignored!

Ordered a pressure washer Tuesday 4th March because it was a decent price but most importantly had delivery in 1-2 business days. I needed it that weekend. Called Thursday to see where it was and was promised I would definitely have it by the following Friday. I still don't have it 10 days after ordering and no idea if I ever will get it. Based on my experience there is no way I can recommend them.

Avoid! 3 weeks to deliver. Not free as advertised. Faulty product delivered after spending 100s of euros, non responsive on emails. Scam site, shop elsewhere!

I received the ordered items. Everything was as expected.

Would give no star if an option. Terrible customer service, unreliable and awful attitude. Would not trust anything bought from Agridirect.. would pay more for decent attitude and customer service. Rudeness is not acceptable. Avoid!

I placed an online order with this company on the 27th of May and its now the 14th of June and my order still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them on several occasions and got no response. Don't know if my order has been fulfilled and passed on to a courier.

Timewasters. They sent incorrect Cooper pegler sprayer part. I immediately emailed their sales at agridirect address to tell them. No response to my 3 emails sent over the last 12 days (1 via their website).
