Antwoord van A & H Footwear
Hello,
We apologize for the delay in your delivery caused by an unexpected transit issue. Below, you will find the latest tracking information for your order. It clearly indicates that we dispatched your item on time; however, once items are with the courier, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Although it is rare for our courier to deliver late, we understand this can be frustrating. We aim to ensure timely delivery, so we utilize a tracked 48-hour service, which typically results in orders reaching customers within two days. Unfortunately, your order took longer than expected. We strive to provide excellent service at competitive prices, and we would appreciate it if you could reconsider your feedback.
The crocks (2 pairs)
The crocks (2 pairs), I ordered were marked as size 2...but they were actually smaller than the size 1's they were replacing. The company told me I could return them..at my cost and order a different size !. This meant spending more and I didn't trust the sizing, even though there was a measurement chart..so I gave them away.

Great price and delivery
These were a great price and delivery, however, I wish I had ordered a size smaller than what I usually get. They are just so big and the shoes are very wide.
