AIA has some awesome people working in there, they started off really strong and helped me get a beautiful website up with loads of consultation and support, but when it came to the core of why I signed up to them - my meta ads, they unfortunately missed the mark in several ways.

In the spirit of complete transparency for anyone reading this review - it was not all bad, the creatives they made for me were awesome, I never struggled to get in touch with someone and there were some great ideas and assistance along the way initially...the reason they got 2 stars from me was because of the actual results and the unexpected shift in attitude when I started asking questions on issues.

The issues I raised came from the undelivered points on the agreement, which they actually notified me had been accidentally deleted on their end.

Things that I verified by looking into the history of changes to meta, user login logs and by auditing the data itself, I could see that my ROAS was consistantly under 80% when it should be over 100%, my ads were not optimised for audiences, no retargeting campaigns, no AB testing, the list goes on.

When I brought this up, itemised it all, and let them know I was looking forward to their response and resolution recommendations, I got an email dumping me as a client.

It was a really disappointing end to something that could have been resolved.

after being nearly sent broke by a contract I signed woth another agency, I luckily came accross AIA. Within hours they turned my campaign around and got my phone rining. I cant thank the team enough and definately recommend them!

Don't hesitate to contact them if you want to upscale your business. Communication with AIA was seamless and transparent throughout the entire process. Regular updates, monthly reports, etc and "wow" results. What's special about them is their strategies and they surely committed to the work.

They talked up a big game, pushed me into creating a specific landing page for another $1500 which was very amateur and then tell me after a week after having paid $6k to them that the add wasn’t getting any clicks and they can’t do anything. This was a 3 month project and they threw in the towel after one week.
I ended up doing the google adds myself and within 1 week generated 1200 clicks onto my page.
Steer clear of them, you are treated as a number and they will literally take your money then dump you with no hesitation. They big up their awards and partnerships which means absolutely nothing. Would have been nice if they showed some type of empathy or looked into other ways of supporting the campaign and trying new options out to make it successful. I don’t write reviews normally so this was very frustrating. Stay away from these guys learn to do it yourself and I guarantee you will have much greater success

They missed several very important things about why my website was not ranking at all. No proper audit done, apart from a free semrush audit in 5min. All the main issues I found myself even though I am not an seo expert. Cancelled after month 1 and would not use again.
