A developer that wanted more focus.
As a developer I wanted more focus out of the time I was spending on AI. But what I wanted wasn't more technical, it was more creative. Yes, the prompts and process were great tools, but what really allowed me to excel and get excited about my creative projects was exactly how to leverage AI for me. Again, it wasn't technical it was instilling the passion to write essays about myself, to find out what I really was trying to do and Then how to put AI to work for me. That was golden.

I have learned so much useful information
I have learned so much useful information. I am completeing task, like powerpoint presentation in 10 minutes instead of the 3 or 4 days finding time to work on it, building videos and working spreadsheets the compile, analysis and give me reports in any format I need it. Awesome, has changed the ways I work with AI, sometimes having Chat and Claude working to different things at the same time. Tal about time saving.

Absolute robbers
Originally, I said "Absolute robbers!"
Don't ever sign up for anything. They have fine print in their 'contracts' that trap you.
I just lost some money with them, and when I asked for an immediate refund, they refuse.
I have since had correspondence with a company and they are going to issue a refund. I will not take this review down until the refund is through and then I will take it down.
But today, I have softened. Their AI is better and more accurate. Less guessing. Less ridiculous. So I have changed from 1 star to 3 stars. If they continue to improve, I will go to four, and one day hopefully five. Let's see. What I can see is that they are trying.

I was a member last year for about two
I was a member last year for about two months, then I canceled my subscription. Later, I paid $1 to attend another event, believing it was only a one-time purchase. After that, I started being charged $37.99 every month without realizing I had been enrolled in another recurring subscription. I contacted customer support to cancel, but I was charged again even after my cancellation request. This has been a very frustrating experience. The subscription terms should be much clearer, and customers should not continue to be charged after canceling. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I apparently signed up for a free…
I apparently signed up for a free trial, after which I am automatically billed. I have zero recollection of signing up for anything. I attended one of their free promotional courses, and it was clear it was not for me and I did not sign up. I never logged on to or touched any of their sites or used any of their tools.
Regardless, they will not provide me a refund. Not only that, they continued to bill me twice, even though they told me my membership was canceled.
UPDATE: June 29, 2026. AI Advantage responded. I call BS. As of yet, I am still out $150+ CDN. They’ve apparently refunded some of that (not yet shown on my bank records) but certainly not all.
If folks worth 100’s of millions of $ treat the average, struggling American/Canadian family like this, I want no part of it. The lengths I had to go to to get the first grudging refund was pathetic. I lost my job because I said I was going to have to go in to go in short-term disability from pneumonia and cancer - great employer, I know, but it’s the God’s honest truth). While I am suing, that does nothing to help me in the short and middle term. So, in desperation turned to AI as a new way of providing needed services in the exchange for making ends meet and hopefully more.
Instead, I just get f’d some more.

Requested a Refund within 30 Days and Now Getting the Runaround
I realized quickly that I was in over my head and requested a refund of my payment within 30 days. I received an AI response via email saying to wait before requesting. Then I received an email saying that they're going to cancel me, so I responded with my second notice that I requested a refund within 30 days and would still like a refund. Two AI emails later, I received an email that my issue is being escalated, that was June 11 and I haven't heard anything back.
Now it's June 23 and I received a cancellation notice, to which I've sent my third notice.
If I receive my refund, I will update my review accordingly.
June 25: I received my refund for the amount I paid, and here's my reasoning for three stars:
1. Initial customer service was terrible for me until I posted this review. I felt like my issue wasn't taken seriously. (-1 star)
2. The amount of time taken to resolve my issue, this was about 60 days. (-1 star)

AI Advantage Summit advertizes 1 eur…
AI Advantage Summit advertizes 1 eur summit event. All messages on their landing page also refer to the 1 eur event. When you make the 1 eur purchase, they try to upsell with VIP offers. Even if you decline all offers, you somehow dubiously end up into a subscription model for 37.- monthly payment.
It was unclear to me that I had somehow subscribed to a monthly service. I paid for the event that I wanted to participate in and that was clearly advertised as costing 1 eur. There should have been a clear message and communication, with as bold letters as the main offering, that the 1 eur event price is only valid if I join a subscription. The buying process is designed to hook people into subscription by deceitful markeing practicies.

Absolutely the same problem. You sign up with a minimum payment and they continue to take $37 monthly. There is no contact address that works to get you through to discuss it. If any one has one I would like it. Fortunately my bank has stopped the payments but I still want refunds. they are obviously making a fortune tricking people. .

The February 2026 and March 2026 payments of $37 USD were prevented by your bank, so you were not charged for those transactions. Additionally, we can confirm that the $37 USD payments for November, December, and January have now been refunded today. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refunded transactions to appear in your account.
We can also confirm that your monthly AI Advantage membership subscription was canceled in April, and no further membership payments have been processed.
We deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration this experience may have caused. Your trust means a great deal to us, and we are sincerely sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of care and support we strive to provide.
