Waste of money
The concept of the App is correct, but in my case, knowing information like my languages or countries I want to work, they sill send my profile to places I didn´t wanted to apply, and it sent all the applies in 5 minutes, so didn´t gave time to review new offers next day. Like paying that money for 100 applies in 5 minutes, where 90% where to places my profile didn´t fit, a complete waste of money. The result? 100 rejections in a day, must be a new World Record.

Regarding the applications submitted for roles that did not align with your preferred countries, languages, and other profile preferences, these criteria can be updated in your account settings. If you have already updated them and are still receiving mismatched opportunities, we would be happy to investigate this further.
We also understand your concerns about the application pace and not having enough time to review opportunities before they were submitted. After reviewing your account, I can see that your application mode was set to Auto, which submits applications automatically. If you would prefer to review each opportunity before it is submitted, you can switch your application mode to Human-in-the-Loop, which allows you to approve each application individually.

This tool has saved me sooooo much time. I got 20 applications done in the first 10 minutes. This would have taken me at least a week to fully apply, update my resume and create cover letters for this many jobs.

Cancelled Immediately but Refund Was Denied
My experience with AIApply was disappointing.
I cancelled my subscription shortly after purchasing it because I realized the service was not a good fit for my needs. I also found Interview Buddy difficult to use and experienced issues while trying to use it.
The most frustrating part was the support process. I spent days communicating with support, repeatedly providing the same information, screenshots, and explanations. Many of the responses felt automated and did not directly address my questions, which made the process confusing and time-consuming.
I was told there was a 30-minute window for accidental-purchase refunds, yet I found the process of getting my request reviewed unclear and difficult to navigate. As a customer, I expected more transparent communication and faster resolution.
While others may have a different experience, I was left disappointed with both the product and the customer support process.

The company is professional and doing better service for the job markets, need to improve customer service.
The company is good and professional in customer management. I have been charged by this company for 8 months(USD400.00) without any service,
I was approached by the top management and reversed the charges for last eight months without hesitation after listening to my comments and concerns. Ai Apply management is good and they should improve the customer service people.
