Terrible communication and no delivery
I placed an order for a red floor vase on 17th October, which was shown as being in stock, and while the initial process seemed fine with prompt confirmation, things quickly went downhill. I was told it would arrive in about four weeks, but after that time passed with no updates, I had to initiate follow-ups myself. Despite repeated assurances that my order was delayed due to courier issues and would be resent, I was never provided with the promised updates. My last few emails have gone unanswered, and now, over two months later, I have no clue if my vase will ever arrive. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
