I ordered the Wireless Dash Cam, they say is good for 6 days before recharging. BS, I didn't even get 5 min. from my house and it was done.

THIS IS VALID WARNING TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AILSION!! I would give Ailsion a 0 if it would allow me to. On 12/01/25 I purchased 1 Electronic Lizard with LED Glowing Eyes. They sent me two lizards not one and charged me a total of $282.84 when one Lizard is $48.97. I received the two lizards but the plastic on them were so cheap that you could break it with your fingers. So I sent the items back on 12/30/25 for a refund. Not only have I not received a refund, this company will not respond to my numerous emails. I sent a letter with proof of them overcharging me and an explanation of why I am returning the items along with asking for a refund. I followed the instructions on how and where to return the lizards. I am out $281.84 plus what it cost to ship the lizards back to Ailsion. I am very frustrated that this company will not acknowledge me in any way to resolve this issue or even give a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

I gave them one star because I’m unable to give them zero, which they’re worthy of.

I also ordered and paid for auto headlight cleaners which never arrived!
If you want to throw your money away, give it to a bum on a street. Seriously.

I placed an order on 3/7/26 for 2 sets of headlight restoration and I paid $48.97 and I have not got my order. I have emailed them about 5 or 6 times asking about it and has not got a reply back yet. I do not and will not recommend this company to anyone. They are bad business. Do not order from them period!!!

With all these horrible reviews, how are they still in the business of stealing from people?
I ordered 5 cards for a total of $65. A month and a half later I only received 2. I’m wondering how to fix this bc it’s just not right and I’m pretty upset about it.

I ordered a car wax that was being showed on youtube
and the man had a bottle of 500ml in his hand as he
showed the viewer how to apply it.I ordered it thinking
i was to recieve THAT 500ml bottle but they sent me a
120ml bottle over 4 times smaller than was was showed
and I had to pay same price,what a jip. I sent an email but
i was ignored so beware when buying from ailison

Pretty ordinary experience, ordered 3 pairs of no buckle belts and only got 3 individual units. No replies to my emails.
Simple fix in theory but from what I can tell they aren’t interested…

On January 9, 2026 I ordered a nail clipper from Ailsion for a total of $26.97. I received a confirmation and finally on Feb 6, 2026, I received an email saying my item had been delivered--IT HAD NOT and I have never fallen victum of porch pirates. I immediately sent an email back and have followed up with emails for the last several weeks. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. They do not list a phone number on their website.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! IT IS A FRONT FOR A CHINESE SWINDLE AND I APPARENTLY FELL FOR IT. I cannot find any recourse through a US consumer agency or govenment agency, so I will be careful before order anything again. No Chinese companies being fronted by a US corporation.

Ordered a Valentines Day card on January 2. Wasn’t notified of shipping until January 29th. It’s now February 13th. No card. Had no idea I was purchasing a card that originates in China. Huh? Should have done my homework on this Ailsion company. My bad. Don’t bother with them.

I can not get on to them at Ailsion.I try every day and no go carnt send back a brocken itim for refund.... there customer service well there is nun don't bother buying anything from them 1 Star is to much thank you cam

I ordered a pair of no buckle belts and only received 1 belt. I have sent 3 requests for the other belt with the original order number and no response and no product. This company sucks!

I ordered a 4 camera dash board after I have a bumper bender collision, The product arrived at customs and was released Jan 25,2026. I followed it up not for a refund but for a follow through what went wrong why the product never arrived as I expected? They didn't reply on my request for explanation regarding my order issue not showing up at my Front door. They never respond to my query. They should be ban from AMAZON .

Have not received the item I ordered on December 2, 2025. There has been no communication or updates on the order. I reached out to customer service and have never received a response. I would not order from them.

Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered the “Oprah jeans”. Received the wrong size and color. Trying to get the return was impossibly difficult.
After sending numerous pictures and emails, I got nowhere. It would have ended up costing too much to return. I’m sure that is their way to not get returns. They suggested to have the jeans altered to turn a small into a large. Not possible.

These people are thiefs and liars. They only deceive themselves in the end! Ive was also a victim of their scams! always do your research before you do on-line purchases.

Extremely disappointed. The product is certainly not as advertised. Took forever to get it, then it was not all I ordered. The refund offered is 1/2 of what I paid, yet I only received 2 items out of 20 I paid for.

I wish I had searched for reviews before I purchased the aluminum, magnetic lights. They did arrive but they are plastic and with a pieces of double sided tape. Total false advertising and they are still running the add today. I complained and said I wanted to return them for either a refund or preferably they provide what they advertised. If I had wanted what they sent I could have just purchased them from Bunnings or Aldi for half what I paid. Last time I will ever purchase from a YouTube add

They have my money, i have no product. Unfortunately i think i wont recieve my goods or the products wont be as advertised. I ordered 3 weeks ago and have no tracking number and no response from customer service. They processed my credit card immediately.
Imagine that.

I order jeans BOGO and the one I ordered were totally different then the ones I received. They would only exchange if I paid for return and label and three emails and they still haven’t sent return address. They respond saying to,gift them to,someone and they would give me 30% discount to buy another pair. Ridiculous how they wouldn’t even send me info to return. Then I said no and they insist that it will talk too long to get a refund and that I should again give them away and eat the $80 or just wait for info on return address and it may take 30:days to see refund and it is expensive to return. I would never buy from this company and no one should. Didn’t get want I ordered and they said sorry not sorry not sure what jeans you wanted.
