Customer service is very poor, slow responses and constant follow-ups needed.
Don’t buy online. Returns are not free I paid €20 to try something on and the materials are not as premium as advertised. Communication on orders and refunds is also very weak.
Overall, overpriced and poorly managed. Would not recommend.

Extortionate P&P delivery cost of £10 for a cap! Decided to return item as quality didn’t look great. When cost of £8 to return item was discovered, I decided to use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked instead @ £3.55.
Order was sent back on 2nd March, and received on 4th March. It is now the 21st March and I am yet to receive a refund. Have messaged their dismal customer service department on numerous occasions to chase this up. Have had a couple of responses informing me that they are unable to locate my returned order. Have provided tracking details and photographic evidence of my return. I even provided the original invoice within my return parcel, and details of the box I returned it in.
For a premium brand such as this, I feel that P&P should be free of charge. £18 to send and return an item is a blatant rip off. I will not use this company again.

London: What an absolute joke of a store (manager). A really bad UK look for a otherwise great (US) brand. Bought an item on Saturday evening - didn’t wear it, didn’t open the packaging - came back Monday morning to return it, and the so called «Manager» with red ish beard implemented his own policy of not accepting a return. Refusing to direct me to any written policy, stating «it’s his word». Not helpful, not friendly, and generally just a bad experience, that overshadowed and otherwise good experience with his staff on Saturday. Will never come back to this unprofessionally run store

Very disappointing experience. Ordered a hat from their website. Expensive delivery and returns but you accept that if you’ll recieve a quality item and service. The cap itself was okay quality but awful fit. Then the returns process was arduous. Spoke to rude unhelpful support who aren’t very timely with responses. First and last shopping experience with ALD

Ordered a cap that came back into stock. Not only did the product absolutely stank and was filthy when it arrived, it was a used Nike ACG cap that someone had attached an Aime Leon Dore label to. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I ordered a track suit on the 3rd of January two emails saying it was dispatched now the 4th of Feb still not received it. When I email just get fobbed off. Avoid this company it’s a disgrace.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a pair of sneakers, full price. They do not allow returns or exchanges nor do they offer a store credit because unbeknownst to me, the purchase was final sale (again, these were full price). Customer service response was terrible.

Ma dernière commande a été annulée, mais leur SAV m'a proposé un geste commercial au top. J'ai eu dans le passé quelques soucis avec leur SAV mais il me semble qu'ils prennent cela beaucoup plus au sérieux. C'est appréciable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I sent million emails asking for questions about return costs which they dont say in their website, asking about fit of the product, which they dont show in their website, and have gotten NO ANSWER. Its incredible a brand like this has this poor service.

Returns are almost impossible and overly complicated. The Quality is worse than H&M and the price point is unreasonable.

Terrible Customer Service
Like others here I have had the misfortune of experiencing Aimé Leon Dore’s terrible (almost non-existent) customer service. I ordered a pair of Queen’s Crest Loafers (£470), but unfortunately they arrived missing one crest. Customer service have sent one email saying I can return the shoes or have a 5% refund. I am not sure that 5% even covers the value of the missing item. Since this offer, there have been no further communications from the team. There is also no contact number provided to be able to resolve issues easily and efficiently.
I have suggested they could provide the crest from another pair (as my size is sold out) and even offered to go to a store myself.
I cannot understand how a brand with this premium price point can offer such a poor level of service (sending out faulty items and then simply ignoring emails).

Awful. Firstly, online they make the products look awesome, so fair play to their stylists & photographers - but the reality, when products arrive, is very disappointing.
Quality is very poor, everything feels cheap, not hundreds of pounds worth per item. The fit of everything is also off & I’m a standard 6ft 78kg man, where everything that’s good, looks good - I even ordered items in two sizes & it’s the quality/fit they’ve got all wrong.
Maybe this is why items like the denim jeans aren’t modelled for pictures. As for the sweatshirts, sweatpants, tees & caps, the quality is dire & you’ll get better from much cheaper brands. The caps are sent out flat packed, squashed & unusable.
13 from 14 items being returned… which you have to pay for FYI. A joke if a ‘luxury’ brand.
