I have been going to Alison's Wednesday evening Pilates class for quite a few years and have always come away feeling great. As a previous comment mentioned,it would be nice if the room was a bit bigger! I should also say that Alison is a lovely person and puts up with our grunts and groans! But, there is always laughter.

I’ve been going to fitness Pilates for many years .Alison always makes you feel at home .Great way to unwind .

I try to make it to the Fitness Pilates Class on Wednesday evenings whenever I can. A great class with lots of variation: balls, bands, weights & intervals. Alison keeps us on our toes; literally sometimes! I would definitely recommend, although there’s not enough room for any more 🤪

I've been going to AinyFit classes for years now and I love them! They are perfect to unwind, relax and DanceFIT gives you a kick of positive energy at the beginning of the week! I highly recommend them to anyone who would like to be more active!

Thank you Alison for the very warm welcome last night when I attended your Beginners Pilates class at Testwood School.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, you explained everything thing really well and made sure that we were all doing the exercises in the correct way, I’m really looking forward to next week so I can improve my technique and further my fitness journey.

A lovely class. I think it may take a few to keep up with all the moves but I felt it was enough to raise my heart rate without feeling over stretched, which is just what was needed

I was made very welcome, and Alison was an amazing teacher, and the exercises were not to difficult, and i am looking forward, to future classes, to improve my fitness .

First time at the class of dancefit Monday class. I thoroughly enjoyed my first session and have booked another. The exercise was of a good pace and varied exercise with a good selection of music. Good class for a beginner. Age range between 50-60

This was my first Pilates session and I have recently been diagnosed with COPD so I was very nervous. I needn't have worried. The session was perfectly pitched and the only parts I struggled with were due to a pre-existing right arm/shoulder issue. I experienced no symptoms of COPD at all, which is remarkable. On top of that, Alison is delightful; so welcoming, interested and helpful. This will now become a regular part of my Mondays and I'm really looking forward to the next session.

Alison made the class fun , not only was it fun it’s a cheerful class. As well as it being fun you are keeping fit at the same time.

I have just finished a fitness Pilates session with Alison at ainyfit and can’t believe getting fit can be so much fun. As well as delivering a variety of sessions, from interval Pilates, Pilates with balls or bands, she has themed sessions such as todays halloween inspired session. The music, “exercises” and general fun would make even the most reluctant keep fitter, have their toes tapping and abs flexing. In a world full of uncertain things, these pilates sessions give you such a boost surrounded by a friendly group of people.
