Nach weiteren Mahnungen wurden wir bis heute immer wieder vertröstet. Eine Lösung wurde bisher nicht angeboten, obwohl für die Mängelbeseitigung von SachsenEnergie als Termin der 7.5.26 gesetzt wurde.

We have had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Aira. Engineer Scott has been amazing on several occasions and we've had superb after sales support recently from Emily Davies. Our heat pump has more than halved our energy bill and we love the ambient temperature. Amazing warranty too 🙌🏻
We have just had an Aira heat pump installed. It was a dream. The engineers were professional and friendly, so different to other heating engineers we have had in the past. There was a problem with the plan at one stage, but Scott and Ian problem solved it with us and placed the new pipework in an unobtrusive place.
The heat pump itself is beautiful, so different to the white boxes that other companies provide. The internal tanks are really quite amazing. Like something from a sci-fi film.
The heat pump has been running for a couple of days and the house has never been so cosy. A huge thanks to Scott Anderson, Ian Wood, and Louis Walsh.

A few days after install i found a small drip in the loft ( ie annoying but not worrying ) which took a few visits to resolve but we had 24 hr and even same day visits over the next 2 days, which was brilliant. Everyone very helpful, but special thanks to Levi our sales guy who did what he said he would do and helped everything along.

Our Heat Pump was damaged by an unusual power cut.
The power went off but then returned at a lower voltage - lights were working but hob cooker etc were not.
Aira sent 2 engineers round to investigate the problem. At first they thought it had "fried" one of the circuit boards - they took them all out and tested them. They were ok - investigating further it was the "splitter" that had "fried" They ordered a replacement and Dalton fitted it next day. The heat pump is back to normal very economical saving us about £50 a month on our energy bill.

Companies like this one never ever take into account non gas and gas boiler users who use oil fired boilers for heating and electricity for lighting and cooking only.
I had Tom, Mason and the electrician Philip here from AIRA. They worked fast and very neatly. They left no mess and very very considerate of working in my home. In three days the whole system was up and running and has been a great success. They also liked the cakes I made for them!

Aira were excellent from start to finish. Mason, who worked with him as part of a team of 5 super guys, was also excellent. I'm delighted with the look of the heat pump (the best looking of all heat pumps I've seen) and the system works brilliantly, giving me perfect heated water (more than hot enough for showers etc) and a house temperature that stays exactly on what is set. Entirely satisfied!

Die Wärmepumpe wurde im Frühjahr 2025 eingebaut und läuft stabil.
Ich hatte mich für das Unternehmen entschieden, da ein Standort in der Nähe ist (Köln) und außerdem ein langjähriger Wartungsvertrag in unserem Angebot inkludiert war. So ging ich von verlässlichem Service aus. Leider Pustekuchen!
Es gibt zwei Probleme, die noch behoben werden müssen, und seit einem halben Jahr (!) werde ich vom Support hingehalten. Sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit. Es war unglaublich zäh einen Termin überhaupt auszumachen, dann kam keiner, beim ersten Mal ohne Absage, beim zweiten Mal zumindest mit Absage. Aber ein Ausweichtermin ist mir nicht angeboten worden. Nachfragen bleiben unbeantwortet.
Es geht darum, dass ein Heizkörper falsch eingebaut wurde, ich konnte ihn bis jetzt nicht entlüften. Außerdem ist die Rohrisolierung teilweise abgefallen. Also kleine Sachen, aber bei Heizung ist guter Support sehr wichtig, auch falls mal was anderes ist. Der Wartungsvertrag, der uns verkauft wurde ist jedenfalls leider eine Nullnummer.

Heute ist das zweite Mal die Wärmepumpe ausgefallen und das Haus meiner Schwiegermutter (92) ist vollständig ausgekühlt und es gibt kein warmes Wasser.
Beim Kundenservice ist wieder niemand zu erreichen, im Keller unter tropft es ununterbrochen.
Beim letzten Mal war eine Dichtung gebrochen, jetzt scheint sich herauszustellen, dass beim Einbau durch ein nicht professionelles Team etliche Installationsfehler gemacht wurden.
Eine unmögliche Art, mit Kunden umzugehen und bei Notfällen keinen Service anzubieten.
Die Wärmepumpe steht in der Nähe von Stuttgart und leider nicht in Berlin. Dort war der Einbau einer weiteren Wärmepumpe deutlich zuverlässiger und wir wurden aufgeklärt, was bei meiner Schwiegermutter nicht richtig umgesetzt wurde.

We are in the middle of an install from Aira, the best thing about this product is the installation team they are amazing but if you are looking for professional and competent communications from the design team please keep looking they don’t respond to queries are rude, and unhelpful, the installation team manager promises to visit promises to sort any issues and then just like a politician disappears never to be heard of, however the installation team work on getting the job done, I only hope they have more support than us, the product is being installed as we speak so I have no idea how good or otherwise it will be but God help us if we need support
Aira were prompt and personable. All my enquiries to the main office have been dealt with fully and with great communication. Along with this all the technical staff and engineers have been great on-site and very understanding.

The Customer Care department at Aira Home are excellent especially Emily and Lisa. They keep us fully informed of what is happening. We had a problem with our underfloor heating which had stopped working. This was an existing system that had been linked to the new heat pump circuit. I rang Aira Home and spoke to Emily who arranged for an engineer to call to sort out the problem. He turned up on the agreed day and sorted it. Now working well. Top marks!

My heat pump is great but it operates differently from my old gas boiler. The heat pump operates most efficiently when set to the times and temperatures required and then left to achieve these requirements.
Having only ever had gas boilers over the last 54 years I was frequently changing the settings and confusing the heat pump. Emily Davis from AIRA remotely monitored what I was doing and contacted me to explain how heat pumps work and how to get the best out of mine. She sent me full written advice and an easy to follow manual which have been excellent. Thank you Emily.
