Fraudulently advertised as a 7 day free trial - signed up for this and wasn’t granted access to any premium features so cancelled my subscription the same day. £50 was then taken out of my account one week later, Apple are refusing to refund my money. Messaged AirBrush on Instagram a week ago and have been ignored so have now sent an email but am predicting this will be ignored also. Next step will be taking legal action.

Avoid...I've subscriped for 1 year and after a month am unable to edit any photo as it asked to pay again.I do have my purchase proof aswel plus there's no customer service to resolve the problem.

Leider bin ich extrem enttäuscht. Es gibt hier keine Möglichkeit, das Abo zu kündigen. Um die Daten zu löschen, welche man angeben MUSSTE, soll man laut Kundensupport, die aktuellste Version des Programms nutzen.

Ich habe das Programm nie benutzt, sondern nur die Browserversion. Nach mehrfachen Beschwerden wurde mir hier bereits 1mal das Abo abgezogen und ich bin ehrlich stinksauer.

Ich werde mir nicht, um den Account und das Abo zu löschen, das Programm herunterladen. Das macht keinen Sinn!

Another scammers. Been payed for annual membership and they just cancel you in few months without reason and refund. Been try to contact them since December, now middle of February, totally ignoring customers. Such cheap and poor service. Taking your money and rin away. Now O understand why they have 1* on TrustPilot, and 3* on PlayMatket! There a plenty photo apps around you can trust, not this crap. They not care about customers

This company is structured like a complete fraud. They intentionally deceive customers and don't offer refunds. The images they use to advertise their software aren't even made by their software. They are in a completely different style appear to be photoshopped versions of stick images.

They have a free trial that automatically charges you and can't be refunded, no matter what. They tell you to ask for a refund through Apple App Store or Google Play. But Apple and Google have to confirm with the company before issuing a refund and the company always denies the request.

fTheir customer support team does not respond to customers. If you look at their instagram posts half of the comments are "people who are being ignored by customer support and trying to get help"

I used this for an ear it was ok as time went on it just sucked …so I did not renew . Somehow the charged Mr twice . Apple refunded my moneys,then airbrush charged me again . This time apple didn’t refund me. Not only did airbrush charge me again , but I don’t even have access

Wenn man ein Screenshot von einem Premium-Version-Feature macht, kommt ein Pop-up. Das Pop-up sagt, ich soll die kostenlose Testversion ausprobieren für 7 Tage. Wenn ich mich drauf einlasse, wird mir direkt das Geld abgezogen. Kein Probeabo, Abofalle! Wenn man das Screenshot schließlich in der Galerie anschaut, ist das Pop-up ein anderes als das eigentlich angezeigte, wo nichts von der Testversion steht, sondern man angeblich aufgefordert wurde, direkt die Premium-Version auszuprobieren. Erst der zweite Screenshot vom selben Pop-up zeigt das richtige Bild an. Ein billiger Versuch, die Nutzer zu betrügen. Dafür habe ich Bild- und Videobeweise und werde polizeilich vorgehen. Probiert es aus : Screenshot von einem Premium-Feature und dann in der Galerie vergleichen.

The results were horrible and far away from reality. My face has been completely twisted and changed, in the shots provided by the software I look like a clone of a series Z sci-fi movie. A $19.99 robbery!! A waste of money, effort and time. Avoid at all cost.

Tried the headshot-AI creator. I'm a professional headshot photographer. Good nows: I'm not losing my job! (At the moment)

Results are really bad, 20% the "person" is unrecognizable, 70% it's quite off, 10% is okay-ish - but I would never recommend anything like that for any serious LinkedIn profile or similar

Terrible customer service! Just received automated BS replies for troubleshooting on mobile devices, even though I am a desktop user.

After I paid, the software crashed and I somehow hadn't acess to stuff I bought.

Usability is also terrible and confusing.

I requested to get a refund without success.

Do not give these scammers money.

Scam! Red alert. The site crashed after I paid and I wasn’t able to re upload pics. I then tried the app thinking it had saved my account, but it asked me to pay again. I did it because I need the pictures but never got them.

The generated portrait looked nothing like me. Support never replied to my emails. Don't waste your money.

I recently purchased AI Professional Headshots from Pixocial Technology and have been incredibly disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I had specific requirements regarding the appearance of my headshots—particularly with the styling of my hair and beard. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet these expectations.

To make matters worse, customer support has been less than helpful. I've reached out multiple times via email and even tried to utilize their website’s Chat support, which seems to be non-functional. I was advised to report the issue through their app, but the supposed 'Report a Problem' feature is nowhere to be found.

At this point, I am seeking either:

An immediate resolution by receiving new headshots that meet my original requirements.
A full refund for my order.
I hate to resort to public forums to resolve issues, but the lack of effective communication from Pixocial Technology leaves me with little choice.

I hope this review prompts an urgent and appropriate response to resolve the issues I've encountered.

I paid about $5 for 5 headshots, all wearing a white shirt in a park (no option to change at this price). One of them was a flattering, realistic version and I will definitely use this on my promotional material. The rest looked like imaginary twin brothers, which I will send to my friends and family to mess with their minds.

I uploaded photos for the AI professional headshot and paid. What came back were images with a woman with long brown hair (mine is shoulder length and blonde) and a face that looks nothing like mine. I have submitted a help request but no reply.

Absolute scam. Photo's are horrible. Apparently you're also not supposed to upload photo's with other people in them. They don't respond to anything either

I uploaded 17 photos, and they created a completely different person. TERRIBLE. I am almost platinum blonde, and they gave me brown hair. I wear the same glasses in every shot and they couldn't even duplicate a plastic frame correctly.

SCAMMERS! Photos look nothing like you and they say they do not issues refund but recommended refraining from signing up. SCAM!!!

Don't waste your money! the AI generated headshots are very superficial and unusable at any professional environment.

I asked for a refund but believe they won't do anything.
