BEWARE of these scam artists!
I had trouble checking in my return flight from Boston on October 1st, just 4 hours before departure. The flight disappeared from the on-line itinerary at JetBlue website. I was frantically searching for the number of JetBlue Customer Service when my colleague said "I've found it". He googled this: (855) 926-5042. "Thank you", I dialed it being 100% convinced I'm calling JetBlue. The male who answered pretended to be JetBlue representative. After much back and forth he charged me extra $250 making this BS excuse: "You bought discounted ticket through third party and you have to pay the difference in price." To my objection he answered that I have to pay to be reinstated on that flight, or else I don't fly at all. It was already 3 hours till departure, I was still away from the Logan airport, so I paid. The related e-mail wit "Authorize" button came from support at airfaresus dot com. I thought they were JetBlue subsidiary, but when I checked a few days later I found out the truth - I have been SCAMMED by these crooks!
JetBlue confirmed they have no relation to Airfaresus.
