I bought one portable vacuum from this company, and ever since then, they have been charging me $39.99 a month. Terrible customer service and this company honestly seems like a scam.

I am another customer who got scammed from this low life dirty little company! I ordered the Pro V2 vacuum for $67.00 in May 2025. Months later I was shocked to discover Airify had been fraudulently charging my credit card $29.99 per month for several months until they, unbeknownst to me, increased it to $39.99 per month amounting to $262.00. I tried to call them several times but each time my call “couldn’t be completed at this time.” I called my credit card company and filed a complaint for scam charges. They said they could only go back four months to try to recover my money even though the charges went back 7-8 months. I emailed Airify asking for my $262.00 to be refunded and to explain to me what I was being charged for. All I heard back was they refunded me $39.99 and cancelled my Rewards Membership… which I NEVER signed up for! I emailed again and asked for an honest answer of how I was fraudulently signed up for such a program and I never heard back. Such a scam and from all the comments they are obviously still getting away with stealing from many of us without any consequences.

Fraudulent Billing! They kept charging my. CC After I paid 86.00 for it. The device is terrible and has no where near the power that they advertise. I got my money back. Stay away from AIRIFY!

I too have been duped by this company's monthly charge of $29.99 x 5 month for something I did not sign up for.
When I contacted the company via email I was told they could only credit me back for one the current charge of $39.99. When I asked what exactly I was charged for they never responded. Very fraudulent activy by this co.

I had ordered their Airify pro vacuum for $67.00 and the email showed 90 days money back guarantee free with it. I remember though I didnt click anything to get any guarantee. This was August 20th 2025. I got two email after that telling me that my order is on way. Then I got another email with a different order number saying that I have been charged $39.99 for 90 day money back guarantee. It's the same guarantee they mentioned free on first order. We called multiple times for this second charge but they are not returning money. I have gone to their website and tried to order the same product again to see if I accidentally signed up for this but this 90 days guarantee $39.00 charge is under reward club which is not even ticked mark and person ordering have to click this manually to activate it. These guys charged me this amount falsely. I never chose to be part of any reward club and my receipt from first order shows no charge for 90 day money back guarantee thing. They are taking money from people by making them fool. if you say its free then keep it free. Why charge later?

I bought the airify car vacuum directly from the seller. They said not to buy Chinese cause they’re not the same. Guess what? It came from china. It does not suck like they advertise. It has a very weak suction. The attachment more than half of them don’t fit the machine. I paid full price for it $74. Contacted them by email which is the only way and they never responded emailed twice. This is a total scam.

I ordered a nebulizer for $29.99 and my total from them now is $129.96

This company are rip off artists. I made one purchase and they have charged me 5 times. It clear its a scam.

Bought a portable Vacuum from this company for $80. I just noticed they have been charging me $29.99 and $39.99/month since March! Over $300 in unauthorized charges. Disputing with Citibank but they can only go back 180 days. Ridiculous this company feels they can just scam people out of money...

I believe this company must be a scam. I spent $100 for a vacuum that worked one time over the course of the first month I owned it. When it wouldn't charge anymore after that, I reached out to the company over a dozen times and never even received an acknowledgment.

This piece of shit company doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s a complete scam. I bought two vacuums for $124.00. I then have been charged a recurring charge two months in a row for $39.99 without me buying anything or my consent. I didn’t sign up for anything. When trying to reach out multiple times to customer service there was no answer. Stay away!

Much to the same tune as everyone else on this page. Received the unit, its ok although all the attachments don't fit. Where the real issue is though is I'm a victim of the recurring charge - $39.99 USD which is $62 AUD.

This charge is for the rewards which I did not tick on purchase but appears is charged regardless. I have gone to the website to cancel membership and find that the membership cancellation takes you to the cart?

Avoid this company if you can and work with your bank cause Airify will not be there to assist you

Bought two small vacuum things. Paid 137. For two they were junk but then I saw 29.99 taken from my account every month since. Bbb can’t get them to respond . I got a new debit card to future charges wo t happen. But it’s a total scam

I Purchased The Small Portable Nebulizer For $26.99. I Used A Credit Card. Well A Few Months Went By And I Noticed A Recurring Charge On My Bank Statement. They Had Been Taking Different Amounts From My Account For At Least (3) Months. Mainly $29.99/Month. I Had To Contact My Bank To To Dispute These Eroneous Charges. I Did Get ALL My Money Back.
💥So Please Pay Attention To Your Credit Card Statement(s) If You Buy From These People. (They Had No Reason To Set Up A Recurring Charge On My Account).

Scam,scam,scam!! Vacuum is not as advertised but good luck trying to co tact anyone. Then they charge you $29.99 2 months in a row to my card. Contacted my credit card comand they are disputing charges

Nothing but junk. The power switch didn't work as soon as I received it.

They will charge you extra without any warning and not refund you, either.

There is no follow through with customer service through email. There is no way to contact them by phone. I paid over $100 and there is no cord to recharge the vacuum and no one I can talk to about this. I am very sad about this company and no one to make things right. I hope they won’t continue to harm more customers by not following through and standing by their product

The vacuum is a complete joke the blower worked for a few times now it dies immediately after a full charge. It seems this company is a complete fraud.

Sadly I ordered and received this product before seeing these reviews. This explains why there is no place on their website to read or write them. The vacuum at best is fair……not even close to their advertising. Explains why my credit card company requested authorization before it went through. Will be watching my statement for those monthly charges. ……that they are scamming people with.
