AirMatrix V18 Vacuum Cleaner, became faulty after only4 months of use. Made contact with AirMatrix so called customer service, was advised even though product was under warranty, my 2 options were except a 3% refund and keep faulty vacuum or at my own cost return to Hong Kong. This would involve me paying for all shipping costs for initial delivery and return shipping , a 15% handling fee would be deducted from refund, return process would take at least a month, return shipping would cost £35. Please keep in mind this product is meant to be under warranty??????

The advertising was untruthful. It's not the best upright vacuum cleaner on the market. Its actually the worst waste of money

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I returned my airmatrix v18 under warranty 3 months ago. It cost a fortune to return it to China. Tracking now says it's in a customs warehouse in China but recipient will not collect it. Customer support have ignored my numerous e mails.

The vacuum arrived with a tiny scratch, didn't affect how it worked at all, but I got in touch with the seller anyway. Blimey, they just went ahead and sent out brand new replacement bits straight away, no questions asked. That sort of proactive and helpful attitude really chuffed me. The vacuum itself is brilliant to use, but even more importantly, the service from this company and how quickly they sorted things out makes them really trustworthy in my book! Definitely be looking at their other bits and bobs in the future.

Appliance is well worth the money, but let down by the company. Not UK as stated, but Chinese , long delivery and wrong tracking numbers.

I ordered one of these vacuums, the following day another one arrived I contacted the company who said I ordered two which on checking I did not. Their response was that I could keep it at a 3% discount or that return the vacuum to Hong Kong at my expense £35 plus a restocking charge of 15% and if it gets held at customs they will not refund me. They do say FREE returns. Although it’s obvious it was sent from a warehouse in the U.K. as there is a U.K. address on the box so can’t understand why it can’t be returned there but no. Please learn from what could be my costly mistake as I’m still trying to get a full refund.and don't purchase from this company.
I do have to say I am happy with the hoover but not their customer care.

The AirMatrix V18 is seriously great! The suction is strong, it easily sucks up hair and dust from the floor, making cleaning so much easier!

I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner from airmatrix online on 21 March 2025. I was concerned initially that I didn’t have a delivery date and that I could not track the package. I feared that the company might be a scam as it was given a low trust score on ScamAdviser. My fears were unfounded. The company responded to my queries promptly and were very supportive with clear detailed communication. They sent me instructions on how to track the product including screenshots and I was able to track the vacuum cleaner at every stage of its journey. It arrived safely and I am delighted with the product. It is lightweight but provides very good performance with a handheld option and useful cleaning brush accessories. The dust container empties easily. The overall performance and suction exceed many other cordless models that cost much more. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the AirMatrix V18 vacuum cleaner. The suction is good, and the cordless design is convenient. However, the logistics were a bit slow, and I noticed a missing brush head attachment when I first received the package. After contacting customer service, they were very patient, verified my order, and quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent. Their attitude was excellent. Although there was a slight hiccup in between, both the professionalism of the customer service and the quality of the product were satisfactory.

Overall I am very pleased with the product all the claims on the advert and photos , descriptions and most of the reviews are accurate , what concerned me was that product was coming from a Chinese Company and because of that there was an 18 day delay for me . the tracking was confusing to say the least this made me contact them twice by email to ensure I would receive what I had paid for. My emails back from the company assured me it would be with me soon .If they had been more upfront with where the company was then it would be more acceptable.
These days customers are very sceptical about scams and when they have a long delay in getting the product delivered then they worry .
In this case all was well , vacuum cleaner was delivered and was of good quality. Tracking needs upgrading and make it clear where the product is coming from in the first place though.

Compared to some lightweight vacuum cleaners I've bought before, the build quality of the AirMatrix V18 is noticeably more solid. It feels quite sturdy in hand and doesn't have that flimsy, toy-like feel. Although it's made of plastic, you can tell the materials used are of decent quality, and the design takes practicality into account so my 67 years old mom can use it with ease(it's elderly-friendly). The suction power is more than enough for daily household use, and the controls are simple and intuitive, making it easy even for seniors to use. For this price range, getting a vacuum cleaner with this level of quality and performance, I think it's quite worth it. If your budget is around this range and you want to avoid products that feel too cheap, the AirMatrix V18 is worth considering.

I ordered this VC well before mothers day and hoped it would be a nice surprise for mum however, it turned into a nightmare because of lack of information from the company. We were sent a tracking system that never worked and information from the company was near zero which nearly laid me to believe it was a scam. We looked on there Web which showed a co.uk address which we thought was an uk company, not at all, the vc comes directly from China, so watch out. Eventually the vc came about 2weeks to late.

Made of cheap plastic, does have to basic structure of a good made appliance. Seems more like a child's play toy. Not worth the money. Would recommend buy a vacuum from a more reputable name at the same price. Avoid at all cost.

I was initially hesitant about the AirMatrix V18, as I had bought a similar machine on AliExpress for a slightly higher price. After receiving the V18, I didn't rush to unpack it, wanting to test the AliExpress machine first. Ten days later, I received the AliExpress package. I tested it immediately and found its cleaning power to be average, the suction wasn't strong enough, requiring multiple passes. It also lacked a snake-shaped brush head and the wastewater tank had no check valve.
Finally, I unpacked the AirMatrix V18, and the difference was significant! The V18 felt more solid, had a snake-shaped brush head, and the wastewater tank had a check valve. After testing, its suction was far superior to the AliExpress machine, it removed stains faster, and the noise level was lower. It even felt sturdier than my old Kercher cleaner.
I don't know if the previous reviews were genuine, but based on my comparison, the AirMatrix V18 is definitely worth the price. Although it was more expensive than the AliExpress version, I decided to keep the V18 and gave the AliExpress machine to a friend.

Don't let a temporary shipping hiccup deter you – the product and the company behind it are truly excellent.

This vacuum is super useful! It cleaned up all the dust on my carpet in no time, saved me so much effort!
