Ive ordered a airpix almost a year ago. In Febrary 2020. They charged the money immediatly and then stalled saying that orders will ship next month.. but havent received anything except excuses and only if i email them and even so they take weeks to answer.

Its a scam. Dont buy it.

Scammed though indiegogo and Airpix. Waiting well over 12 months and still no sign of any intention to
Deliver despite retailing these on the open market. Absolute sham of a company

I am also a victim of Airselfie. first it was the strikes in China. Then it was Corona. Then you couldn't deliver because you didn't know which color you want. (There was only black) Meanwhile not even answered any more. 48 emails. No answer anymore. The money is lost. Don't make the same mistake

Please do not buy from this company it is a scam. I waited for months for my Airpix and when it did turn up it broke within a week. I was told to send it back and it would be replaced. I did send it back and they lost it in the post and now don't answer any questions at all. I never even had my extra battery pack sent out to me and that was ordered over a year ago. I will contact my credit card company to see if we can chargeback this terrible company. I can't believe they are still able to take customer's money and get away without delivering the product. Excuse after excuse is what you will get from them in the hope you will go away.

Awful experience. Stay far away from this ethically dubious company.

I was an early backer of their Indiegogo campaign. They raised $1.6MM. They made repeated promises right up until the message that said they were out of money and asked if we (the backers) would like to invest in the company. They had a booth at the Consumer Electronics Show in Jan 2020 in Las Vegas. I stopped by and was told all was well and product would be shipping shortly.

I still have not received anything from Airpix. It's now November 2020.

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!

This isn't just a bungled crowdfunding campaign. Airpix are currently selling THE EXACT PRODUCT I BACKED directly from their website, via Amazon, and many other outlets.

To be clear: they took $1.6MM from backers, raised yet more money, started selling the product and STILL have not shipped product to their backers.

I understand that crowdfunding is a risk, but this goes above and beyond a failed project. The product was developed with our money, is being sold openly, and yet backers still are not getting anything. At best, this is mismanagement, but it also has all the hallmarks of fraud.

Ordered in June, promised delivery 28 days, emailed July, August, September, October. Numerous times through these months. Same generic reply from AI. Asked for money back in September- still got the same reply. I was so careful
In checking out the company before I purchased and did due diligence here. Scammed big time and not happy with it. It was a birthday present as well.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This company name should be Fraudselfie. I ordered back in March of this year and I have not gotten my product. The promised it to be shipped in June, July, August, and then September. It's now October and I have yet to receive anything. They blocked me from posting on Facebook and they don't answer my emails other than an automated msg that says we will ship your product as soon as we can.

The Company is a SCAM.
You Will never get the product or your money back even if they promise you that.

Wait for one than one year! No product. Not replies!!!

Not a single word about Indiegogo orders, instead they're shipping them to Amazon to sell more, while kicking off two more crowdfunding initiatives on other sites. SCAM!

It's been over a year since I contributed to this Indiegogo campaign, and I still haven't received my product. The last communication was on July 9, 2020 and even though the communication said in August they were moving into wholesale business, there is no mention of fulfilling obligations to us backers how put US$89 down for what? Nothing.

This firm is a disgrace and indigogo are nothing short of fraudulent.
I placed my order and nothing has been received.
I have messaged, twittered and facebooked them, no replies, no details on my order and quite frankly this firm is a disgrace !
I will claim my money back through my bank as I’m on protected payment.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AIRSELFIE OR INDIGOGO, they are absolutely useless and they will not deliver your order .

I would give this company zero stars if it were possible. I ordered in January 2020, and I received one update saying that there was going to be an additional delay after the Chinese new year because of the coronavirus. They keep posting on their website for people to pre-order, saying that shipping will be done in 30 to 45 days, but now I see that there are people who have been waiting for over a year to receive their order. It’s shameful!

I bought a product from them four months ago. I have not received the product and they did not give me the money back.
at first they told me they had problems with production because of COVID-19.
now they are not replay anymore at my emails

Buying an AirPix via Indiegogo. Delay after delay and no contact despite several emails to them.

Ordered 7th Nov and looking at comments on their website others who ordered in May/June of 2019 have NO product.

I will not buy via a funding website again it's just pipe dreams.

When or if it arrives it's going straight back for a refund.

After a crowfunding campaign I received the product "AirPix" very late, only later discovering that the company was already operating in the field and that therefore the campaign was only a marketing expedient. But the problem is that the product received absolutely does not meet the promises made by the company: it works badly, takes photos of poor quality, cannot keep in the air correctly. it's crap.

I tried to write to the support to understand if it was a problem of my unit, but seeing other online opinions of angry customers I understood to be a problem of many units. However, the assistance ignored me until I told them I would leave a bad review here on Trustpilot. Do yourself and your wallet a favor: don't buy anything from this company.
