Very helpful when shipping status statements became confusing.

I originally ordered a gun without an account and realized that I forgot to make one. I then did so but I couldn’t track my order and I was worried something happened to my package. Thankfully I contacted the support team and Shin responded rapidly and helped sort out my problems. Very happy with this and I definitely will buy again in the future.

I’ve now made multiple purchases from airsoft station and can confidently say that they are not only well priced and reliable, but the customer service is also absolutely amazing. I had a small problem with my initial purchase, went to their customer support, and was completely compensated without any hassle! My order was shipped out very quickly! I had an issue when it arrived as it didn't have all the pieces it was supposed to include. I reached out to the customer support team and got a quick reply. A few days later all of my items were at my door. 11/10 service from Shin who helped me! He was amazing!!!

I ordered a unit that went to “backordered” status after I placed my order. The ETA was still within the timeline I was working with so I didn’t sweat it. As time went on, the ETA date kept getting pushed back. Now I was worried. I reached out to customer service and worked with John S. He was very understanding. I mentioned I would even accept a second choice item if he could get it shipped out on time. Well, he did even better than that. He got me the unit I ordered the day before I needed it.
