This company doesn’t care about its customers. They are so rube and could care less. They accuse me of opening a case with PayPal and telling me I could not do any further orders with them. How a minute later the emailed and said say work person. Their phones are turned off. If you email and ask a question they will tell you that you are spamming them to stop emailing them. I have never been treated so badly by a company. I did finally open a case because they created a shipping label but it was not leaving their facility. Once I opened the case they shipped it three days later. However the package was empty. PayPal sided with them. Please don’t waste your money. I lost mine. I have copies of all the emails to prove this.

This company has the longest tape-in extensions I can find on the market, and they are quality! I upgraded for the higher quality options (double drawn, remy premium plus) and they last so long! I've been reusing them for ages.
I also custom dyed the 60 platinum and it dyed beautifully (as with any hair, ymmv, make sure to do a test piece).

This isn't about the product, it's about the customer service.
I haven't purchased any product yet, just doing my due diligence before purchasing. ithout even having the product in my hands, I can already tell Airyhair just might be on my personal 'Top Hair Extension Brands' after reading reviews. I appreciate and respect 'No Bullsh**, No Problems' type of brands and well... Airyhair is just that!
Seeing how you handle satire bad reviews is enough for me. Take my effing money. Take it all! Your inventory is everything a hair extension line should be

Their hair is the best I have found for myself in 4 years. They are of very good quality, very beautiful and thick !
I stumbled upon airyhair in my quest to find quality micro loop hair extensions about 2 years ago and I have not purchased hair from anyone else since. The hair is soft and blends seemlessly with my hair. They don't fall out and can be worn for months. Great product, great customer service, why would I buy hair from anyone else??

Hi, Thanks for the information . This is not good costumer service.
If you refuse order, then you need to refound all of it. Normal is to ask the costumer if she/ he want to cansel the order because it may not arrive in time. And if the refound is only partial amount, then it is normal to inform before you cansel the order. To cansel the order without letting me know and just refound the part of the amount is actually stealing my money.

you ordered custom hair order, you should pay either your waiting time, or cancellation fee, which is cleraly marked, in advance.
I did not check the trustpilot for Airy before my order, but I see now that 25% here are not happy with customer service. It is not often that I turn to customer service as I normally receive the package quickly and am satisfied. I think 25% dissatisfaction is a high number as most people are not in contact with customer service. I see that their comments to those who are not satisfied are a little too defensive instead of accommodating. It is better to apologize instead of attacking. Customer service is important for a successful business.
Awaiting your standard feedback that the customer is a difficult liar.
And the refound was 6 USD less, not 3 USD as june said would be set for wasted material fee.
Update after your reply: On your website:
«You can withdraw or change your purchase within the 12 hours’ timeframe after the order was placed. If you want to cancel it afterwards, we charge a 30% fee for the materials wasted. «
I did NOT cansel the order. I just had a question for the shipping. Then the extremely rude customer service canceled the item.

I’ve been using Airy hair extensions for over a year. The hair quality is excellent and blends in seamlessly with my natural hair. I order a weft and have it professionally installed as a “braid less sew in”. People are shocked when I tell them I have extensions because they look so good! This is real human hair so it can be straightened, curled, blow dried, etc. These extensions are extremely affordable, which allows me the luxury to always have hair extensions. I’ve also experimented with custom colors. It’s a great way to try out fun colors without bleaching/damaging your hair. Lastly, customer service is extremely responsive and ensures that you are a satisfied customer.
Wow!!!! I ordered two separate orders of 32 inch 613 Remi double drawn tape in extensions. I then colored them with one box of medium golden blonde mixed with one box of medium blonde. It looks AWESOME!!! Shiny, healthy..just gorgeous!!! Took JUST over two weeks from order to front door. (Mine was special order so a little longer is expected ) I’m soooo happy !!! I LOVE this company!!!!

I would definitely shop with Airy Hair again - in fact I have! Great value for money, a really wide range of hair extensions, available in extra long lengths which can be difficult to find. I get compliments when I wear my clip in extensions and they are easy to look after.
The absolute worst customer service. June is her name. If you ask for a tracking number (because shipping is always delayed, even if you pay for the 48 hour shipping)she will call you stupid and tell you you don’t know how to work a website. Oh she also told me I was broke and she was so rich. Second problem, it’s fake hair. After the first wash it turns to frizzy coarse, wig type hair. If you try to tone the hair, it shrivels up and looks like a wig. I bought the tape in hair. The blonde color is yellow. Brown was a good color but the hair is fake people. That’s why it’s so cheap. Never again, don’t support a business like this. June has something wrong with her & should not be dealing with customers.

I have curly hair and tape-ins from airy hair have been transformative for me! I’m so confident when I wear these extensions and they last SO long. The quality is the best I’ve had for curly extensions. The purchase is always worth it for me - I’ve been buying from them for 3 years!
In 2019 I started to notice my hair was getting pretty thin. I tried a couple wigs and clip in hair pieces. I think talked to my hairdresser about tape in hair extensions. I bought my first ones from Airy hair and have been ordering since then. I usually wear them for about 3-4 months and then have new set put in. I know you can reuse them but easier just to put a new set in. I have a natural wave so it's nice that Airy Hair provides all types from straight to kinky curly. I would not even look at another place to purchase. I order them and usually within a month I have them. I love my extensions and most people until I tell them it is extensions they have no idea.
Customer service is awesome. June answer my questions in a timely manner. Fast shipping and my extensions where what l was looking for full and thick . Haven’t installed them yet but hoping for awesome results . I’ve been wearing extensions 10 + years and I’m praying for good results like tangling/ shedding. Im feeling good about airy hair extensions . I’ll update soon with results once installed . Thank you AiryHair
Update: Got my extensions installed and all I can say I’m a very Happy Customer. Nice quality hair , hardly any shedding/ tangling . I think l found my new company to get high quality hair!
