I got the order within 50 minutes

As usual, the delivery is late again. You promised a specific date, but there hasn’t even been an update. Really, this is already the second time? Please improve your service and communication, as repeated delays like this will only result in bad reviews from customers.

I received a stained shoes and the customer service was helpful I want to name Ahmad specifically for his gentle approach and quick problem solving skill

I made an order and it came with 4 deliveries. One of the t-shirt i bought, i kept to wear for a function (usually new items does not have any issue), unfortunately when i was checking the item, it was somebody returned item even without tag and with big faded mark. i never order online again from them

The app is somewhat slow; however, they offer a good selection of products at competitive prices.

The delivery was deleyed however,the courier provided good service.

The original delivery date had to be changed, and I really appreciated receiving an email before the order was shipped, clearly explaining the delay and providing a new delivery date. Even better, my order arrived exactly on the revised date they promised.

This may sound like a small detail, but to me it says a lot about how a company respects its customers. Delays can happen with any international order — good customer service is about communicating honestly rather than leaving the customer wondering.

Everything was handled professionally and transparently, and the shoes arrived in perfect condition. The Everly pumps themselves are beautiful, elegant and very comfortable, especially considering the pointed toe.

A company that communicates well, keeps its promises and respects the customer’s time is a company I’m happy to shop with again. 👏🏼🤍
