Half an AI is no AI
Now let's see the downsides:
Your conversations are cut - so if the ai responds to you, they will not deliver you the entire message and you will just get half of it.
And the AI does not remember what it wrote in the previous message. So you cannot really build up a conversation, it starts from 0 every time. If you ask it to reference a previous message it cant.
And if you think oh cool I will get Claude super cheap, false hopes. I have claude premium and I can tell you they have given their Claude 4.5 Monet version instructions in the backgrounf to answer super short - in fact my Claude premium is one of the best AI I have ever tested and in AI-Zolo Claude is the most stupid of all and replies always super short messages. So that means they are not being transparent with you and are manipulating the AI with instructions to limit your usage. I will immediately send a complain to Razorpay for their account to be suspended for not offering a way to cancel.

Conversation continuity
Ai Zolo is an evolving platform. Some models currently operate in stateless mode due to provider-level limitations and cost controls during early-stage scaling. This can affect long conversation memory in certain cases. We are actively rolling out improvements to ensure better context retention across sessions.
Response length & model behavior
We do not intentionally “cripple” or manipulate” any AI model. However, different providers enforce their own system-level constraints, rate limits, and response optimization rules — which can vary depending on how the model is accessed. This can result in differences compared to using the same model directly on a provider’s native platform. We agree this should be clearer, and we’re improving transparency around model behavior.
Claude performance
Claude is not limited by us on purpose. If responses appeared shorter or less detailed, that’s a valid concern and something we’re actively tuning via routing, prompting, and model selection logic to ensure consistent quality.
Cancellation & billing
Ai Zolo fully supports subscription cancellation. If you experienced difficulty canceling, we sincerely apologize — that’s not acceptable. Our support team is available and will resolve this immediately. We comply with Razorpay’s policies and consumer protection guidelines.
