Use this company at your peril
This Company carried out roofing repairs to our block of flats back in July 2022 costing over £35k.
The repairs to my 2 dormer roofs have not been carried out correctly leaving me with horrendous noises when there is a moderate wind since the repairs were carried out. They have also replaced the dormer roof in such a way that it has bowed the lounge window frame and i have a huge belly in my ceiling.
AJ Building Services has been notified about the issues since January 2023 and finally agreed to carry out remedial repairs in January 2024 but as the roof the replaced has now bowed the window frame the glass cannot be removed so repairs cannot be carried out from the inside of the flat and will have to be rectified from the outside using scaffolding as we are on the second floor.
After having to contact them once again last week to get a further date for the remedial work to be carried out they are now saying that they will not be carrying any work to correct their bad workmanship as it was a design fault and the work is now out of guarantee.
Do not use this company, any company that use these tactics to avoid carrying repairs to correct their shoddy workmanship don't deserve to be in business.
Beware do not use this company !!!
