Excellent customer service and quick delivery. Special thanks to Mr Haroon. I have got my furniture (dining set and a sofa set )as he promised in high quality. He is a nice man and I am going to buy my bedroom furniture from him very soon.

I am writing to express my sincere thanks to Mr Haroon of Akar furniture for the excellent service, from introducing the exactly the same furniture until its delivered to our home in London from Turkey. Honestly, ae adore the sofa set, TV cabinets and the dining tables sets. They are priced reasonably and well in our budget. I would highly recommend Mr Haroon (Akar furniture), who now became our family friend. I have recommended him to my family and friends.

I had a made to order 3 seater and armchair from Akar Furniture. I chose the frame colour and fabric type and colour myself. Sarah and Harun are very professional, friendly, polite and respond quickly. The items were made quicker than I expected and Akar Furniture kept me informed every step of the way. My door is slightly smaller than average so I provided the company with my door width and they made the frame especially to fit. Although it was still a bit of a tight fit, Harun and his assistant were very professional, friendly and worked very hard to deliver the sofa and get it through the door. The sofa and chair were incredibly well packaged and came in perfect condition. The price is so reasonable, I almost couldn't believe it when I checked their website but the quality is so high. I would highly recommend Akar Furniture to anyone looking for that gorgeous, French/Rococo/Baroque, Italian, Queen Ann or Louis style furniture that is quite hard to come by nowadays.

I bought a set of sofa from Akar furniture from their website . I received them on time. They are really strong and have great quality and well made . I am very happy with the service.

My experience with Akar Furniture was excellent from helping me choose my fabric to answering all my questions. The customer service is great. My home is smaller than the average so i had them made slightly smaller to fit through my doors . Huran was very helpfull in assisting me how to take the correct measurements. At first i was so scared to pay a deposit, as you can most probably imagine! But thank God there still are honest companies/ businesses online. There was a slight delay in delivery but Huran kept me updated on every detail and also gave me £50 disciunt.
I mean his communication and customer service is excellent. I had a 3 seater and 1 seater made and my deposit was £400. Im absolutely inlove with my new chairs. 100% recommend.

Brother Harun has provided us with exceptional customer service. A very trustworthy and professional individual. We ordered a 3+2+2 sofa and the quality is superb. Extremely satisfied with the end result. Very pleased and happy indeed. He helps his customers till we are not satisfied and at ease. He answered every question we had and regardless of what time of the day it was. Brother Harun is very friendly and polite. Making a payment was easy. The furniture was packed very well to avoid any major damage and breakage during shipment and delivery. There is a variety of colours and fabrics one can choose from. The material is of very high quality. We had a very good experience of buying from brother Harun minus the few glitches which were dealt with professionally.
