pre ordered the cyberpunk edgerunners limited edition steel book around 4 months ago. 3 months later they messaged me and told me that they dont have enough in stock and have to talk to their supplier. didnt hear anything after that… so I wrote an email a couple days ago and they informed me that they cant give me my copy… if I didnt message them myself who knows when they wouldve said something xd
had to buy my copy now in resell and had to pay 20€ more :/
one star because atleast I got my money back fast

wouldnt recommend except you love long waiting times with a huge disappointment at the end

Great webshop for exclusive figures. I bought Arthur White Rose Aniplex. At the time there was also a promotion which is a free premium goodie bag.

Customer service is very good through mail. They found out they forgot to pack a couple items in the goodie bag and sent the remaining items later.

The product is packed with bubble plastic and the box is sturdy.
