Jeg er nødt til at give Aktif International hospital mine varmeste anbefalinger. Et yderst professionelt og meget kompetent team hele vejen igennem. Lige fra dialogen fra Danmark med Yeliz koordinator til ankomsten i Istanbul hvor koordinator Nuvar overtog. Ved ankomsten til klinikken hvor mit indgreb skulle foretages var det med stor nervøsitet og angst, men tandlægen, klinikassistent og Nuvar var fantastiske, og til trods for lidt udfordringer gik alt så fint 😊.
De efterfølgende dage var jeg fint smertedækket og fik beskeder hver morgen hvor der blev spurgt indtil min tilstand.
Hjemme i Danmark nu og modtager stadig beskeder fra Nuvar (koordinator) om hvordan det går. Jeg glæder mig til at komme tilbage til Aktif og få mine fine hvide tænder.
Tøv ikke for denne klinik er fantastisk, professionelt og meget kompetent team, som sætter patienten i fokus.

Excellent experience
I had such an excellent experience at AKTIF international hospital. From my first point of contact with Selina, who is a superb coordinator. Without whose help and constant support on my every step of my process, my surgery won’t had been a success. Selina, was so kind enough to ring me and would explain me everything time to time and clear all my queries, which made me feel confident enough to fly to Turkey to get the procedure done.
Nuvar, was so good to meet me at the hospital entrance and to help me through out the process of my stay.
I wouldn’t have enough words to show my gratitude towards Monica, who was ever ready to help me out with any situation even in few of my changes in personal plans. Always had been an immense help & support throughout my journey from the time I stepped into Turkey until the time I left Turkey. A huge bouquet of thanks to her.
Dr. Ozan who did my surgery is such a skilled, professional gentleman. I wouldn’t have found a better doctor than this who could have done a better job than this.

İ had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at the hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and throughout my time there, I felt genuinely cared for. The doctors were extremely professional, attentive, and always made sure to explain every step of my treatment in detail, which helped ease my concerns. They took the time to listen to my questions and made me feel involved in my own healthcare decisions.
The nurses were equally incredible. They were not only highly skilled but also compassionate, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Great result!
Overall all I am very satisfied with everything. Monica is very nice and caring she picked me up from the airport with Merc. The nurses all are very friendly too. Hospital suites and 5 stars hotel are comfortable. Dr Percin very easy to communicate and understand my need and worry, the brow lift surgery greatly lifted my half face, I look younger than before.
Highly recommended, it worth more than the price.

I recently had a gastric sleeve surgery in Turkey and had an excellent experience. The nurses were incredibly kind and attentive, especially when I was in pain—they made sure I was comfortable at all times. Monica was fantastic, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The hotel accommodation provided was top-notch, featuring relaxing spa facilities that helped me unwind post-surgery. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options. We also explored local eateries and enjoyed some sightseeing, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this experience.

SO glad i took the gamble and went along with aktif international hospital i went and had lipo suction on face cheeks fat graft to get rid of nasobial folds. AND lip reduction..Communication has been bang on from start to finish. Very helpful. Im from the uk. AT first i was a bit worried about goin another country to get work done bein as i went on my own but thw whole process ran smoothly. Airport pick up and transfers no communication issue bein as the coordinators are fluent english speakers. Ide like to thank nuvar deniz anji aslan reyyan aktif hospital coordinators for all the help and advice from start to finish. And also dr atakan for upgrading my face... Well pleased with the results so far.. Very proffesional talented. Ive also bookd in again to go next year to get upgraded even more so im even more purrfect (lipo on hips stomach and lower chest).. Hospital is clean tidy and private suits all your needs. THe nursing staff are allways at hand to keep you toppd up with medicince after the op i felt in safe hands. LASt but not least the hotel accomadation is 100% room and facilitys are spot on gym and sauna and pool also.. WHAT can i say i came as a patient and i left as a friend roll on the next time we meet. 👌😎

DOCTOR did terrible job and the …
DOCTOR did terrible job and the hospital tried to make me pay cash, even though they had gotten pre approval from my insurance company! Do not go here!
I went there for emergency room care! I was there for sea urchin stings! They can be very dangerous as they have toxins that can damage the tissue, and nervous system and of course infections!
The doctor told me he removed all the sea urchin stingers. HE LIED!! The next morning I felt pain and I removed the bandage and checked my foot!!! I could literally see 8 to 10 pieces deep in my foot! I was so angry! I then had to get a friend to dig into my foot with needles and scissors and cut skin away, "no anesthetic", and pull the stingers out! The stingers had gone so deep into my foot because the doctor told me that he had removed them all and that I could walk on the foot! Obviously, as I walked on the foot the stingers were pushed deeper into my foot and by the next morning the pain was very bad! Thank God I decided to remove the bandages instead of taking pain killers!!!
HOSPITAL: They did pre approval for services by calling my insurance then they added on additional services to increase the price!!! Then they intentionally selected a different claim type from what they told the insurance company! I know because I called the insurance company and the representative told me that he saw in the system that the hospital put a different type of service when they submitted the claim online!!!! The representative talked with the hospital and they refused to change the service type. The hospital then tried to make me pay cash! THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HOSPITAL HAS GOTTEN PRE APPROVAL THEN FORCED ME TO PAY! So this time I threatened to go to the police and they suddenly were able to resend the claim with the correct service type (I had called the insurance company and I could hear the representative say "He will go to the police" It was a terrible experience and I write this review to warn people!! This hospital over charges, tries to make the patients pay in cash and WORST OF ALL THE DOCTOR LIED!!! I AM INCLUDING PHOTOS OF JUST SOME OF THE STINGERS THE DOCTOR FAILED TO REMOVE FROM MY FOOT. Photos show only some of the stingers and we took photos just before my friend pulled them out of me foot!!! Further more, my friend told me that they had a similar experience with this hospital over charging and making them pay!!!

Vraiment une expérience formidable
Vraiment une expérience formidable, j’ai été prit en charge directement de l’aéroport direction L'hôpital Aktif international un accueil chaleur et une rencontre avec le Le dr Mehdi deniz qui explique tout avant.
Je remercie entièrement Amel qui m’a accompagné du début à la fin et soutenue car jetait venu seule, elle m’a même accompagné faire du shopping pour ma fille. Une femme formidable et de confiance

I had a great experience
I had a great experience. My hospital coordinator was Salina and she was amazing. She managed everything perfectly. From transfers to hotel stays etc. Monica was also wonderful. She was always anticipating my needs before I had to ask. Both Salina and Monica checked on me afterwards. Dr Umron and the hospital staff were professional. I am a nurse and only have nice things to say about the care I received. I am satisfied with my immediate results. If someone is considering Istanbul for a procedure, I highly recommend Aktif Hospital

I had a sleeve gastrectomy at Turkey's Aktif International Hospital. At the hospital, I was greeted by a great team of professionals, including Dr. Önder Akkuş-Obesity and Metabolic Surgery Specialist and his team. The environment was so friendly and relaxed that I felt I was on vacation, not in a hospital. Thanks to the team at Aktif International Hospital, I feel great today, with no trace of high blood pressure and diabetes.
Last but not least, I would like to thank Remziye Çavuş, the coordinator of Dr. Akkuş, who was always by my side during my stay. Her support and help were indispensable!

Je vien de france et je me suis fait…
Je vien de france et je me suis fait opérer d’une sleeve et vésicule biliaire chez actif international, je remercie amel çelik de son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, l'organisation etait au top, elle a gérée mon sejour du début jusqu’à la fin, et c’est le chirurgien mehmet mehdi deniz qui m’a opérer, au reveil je n’ai ressenti aucune douleur moi qui douillais depuis le départ mon opération s’est tres bien déroulée, la première fois de ma vie que je vois un chirurgien tres disponible pour ces patients tres professionnel, tres humain mais aussi tres gentil
Je ne regrette absolument pas mon opération ni mon sejour, au contraire je recommande ce chirurgien a quiconque veut faire une sleeve sans danger et en confiance sans passer par le long parcours tel qu en France
