-Absolute WRONG ITEM DELIVERED
-NO RESPONSE from the team (at all) to my emails, WhatsApp msgs or on Instagram
- There is NO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER
- They HIDE COMMENTS ON INSTAGRAM so others have no way of way of be warned before getting trapped themselves
- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY here

I brought a shorts coordinated set. For the money I paid, quality was very poor. Although I loved the colour and overall look, but upon arrival product quality was underwhelming. And just after 2-3 washes, it gave up. The so called Linen fabric was really bad and the shirt is already torn at this point with no scope of stitching because of the fabric quality. My point is why sell such cheap products under a “label”. Suggestion to owner: Pls stop cheating customers, have some basic integrity and value for money.

This online shop misguides customers. They have fake products in terms of quality and size. Their customer support is non existent. They do not refund their cheap product rather force you to buy another cheap product .
I lost my money. I recommend everyone to not shop from here.

On November 30th, 2023, I placed an order for a record set on their website, but to date, I have not received the order. Despite constant attempts to reach out via emails and messages on their website, I have not received any response from them.

This has led me to believe that Ala Mode Akansha might be operating as a scam. I urge all my followers and anyone reading this message to report them on Instagram and other relevant platforms. It is crucial to bring awareness to potential scams and protect others from falling victim to such practices.

Additionally, after researching on Quora, I discovered that there are multiple instances of Ala Mode Akansha allegedly scamming people. It's disheartening to know that many others have faced similar situations.

I kindly request your support in reporting this website and spreading the word. Even if I don't get a refund, my primary concern is to prevent these individuals from scamming others. Your assistance in this matter is highly appreciated.

Worst customer service and Return Policy.

I had placed order for 2 dresses but as many of them have mentioned in their reviews, the dresses won't fit and hence I returned them. They have refunded me only for one Dress in the form of gift card. They are not even bothered to reply to refund request for the other dress.

I have ordered a dress but after two days they teply that your order is not in stock we ll ship it when it ll be available I asked for refund they are asking it ll be initiated in 4-6 days. But in cod order it is delivered. (IT CLEARLY MEANS THAT THAY PEOPLE ARE FRAUD AFTER TAKING MONEY THEY REFUSE TO SEND AND MONEY IS STUCKED)

Bad customer service and delivery service is worst. And the customer service wont respond to any emails or whatsapp msgs or DMs. And delivery date keeps furthering away🙂 Instead of solving the issue they are sending coupons cards and their promotion posters. What a pathetic site

They Cheated- I had ordered 2 products, they had sent only one of it and are trying to prove by saying they have sent both the products.when clearly the package wouldnt have fit. The receipt on the package states 2 products but inside there is only one set and that too in a pathetic unironed state.

Their quality of products is very bad. One too had small hole as if bitten by a rat. They do not offer return and refund . They only issue you a credit note, so you are are forced to buy another outfit. I changed 3 and finally had to order track pants. Their quality is also very poor. Please be aware! Their sizes are also smaller than mentioned.

Third class dont get scammed. They dont do returns only store credit if you use ur ccrap. It’s looking like worst quality of cloth road side dress better than I was very happy I will get good dress from @alamodelabel it very cheap quality of product yours return my product otherwise I will do police complain 5000 is not small amount it’s vey big amount please take it return back otherwise I’ll take big action on this

The quality of clothes is cheap and they are not even returning me my money after dropping them multiple emails. Such a horrible company. Should be banned from selling.

Cheap bangkok or china maal is sold here after relabelling. Ur local tibetan mall will have better quality. Third class dont get scammed. They dont do returns only store credit if you use ur card your gone until you have to settle for some rubbish crap.

If I could choose a 0 option in rating I would, for this co. and their clothes, service everything. I have faced what everyone giving a review has faced and not once but 3 times. The first time I ordered, I didn't like the product so returned it, they gave me a store credit for it that too after deducting Rs 80 for delivery for something that I ordered which was for 4.5k. The second time I used the credit and ordered, it took over 10 days for delivery. It was pathetic moreover upon return they again deducted shipping charges after being delayed. Despite such bad reviews they don't improve their policies or services. I have paid additional money to order an item plus lost ₹160 just for shipping. And when you message them they messages are delayed and not proactive responses. U can't call, receive timely replies and on top of it their pathetic attitude. I told them to return money via upi but they give only store credit making it compulsory for me to purchase from them even if I don't want too.. I just want to use my credit and never order from them again. They are losing customers not making repeat customers. Most pathetic place I have ordered from. Will never recommend anyone and give bad reviews for their products, services and attitude everywhere I can coz they deserve it. Horrible experience. This co. should shut down. Pls don't shop from here.

It’s a Chor company selling low quality product at very high price & than will show you giving you on discounted price ..
You can get better quality products at cheaper price in ZARA & H&M

I ordered stuff from them for my vacation. They delivered order almost 15 days late and by that time Clothes I ordered was not required. Team was giving me no update. I put email and explained the situation. I put reminder too , they just replied in 1 line. Then, then lied that I was not available or my phone was unreachable. When I asked about proof, they had no answer. I requested to cancel the order , then they replied that uncontrollable situation is there so delayed happened. If such was the scene , why they were silent . They just did take action when I asked for cancellation. Then after 16 days of delay , their delivery person called me and he said I don't know the location. I guided him, sent him location. I tried to call him straight for 20 mins but his phone was busy. Their logistics team is fraud totally. I called him n guided him to the location. Even the order was not required still I accepted . I thought , they are into business and It would be loss to them. But who is the key person of this so called label is very arrogant n unethical person. They didn't even apologies for their worst service and didn't even thank you for supporting behaviour from customer (me). Quality of clothes is so bad. As per pictures , those are not alike. They just consider customer a cash cow. Worst team , worst label , worst customer handling. I recommend not to buy from them. They are just fraud..worst label.

Fraudulent company!
I ordered a garment paying for it online. After a delay and follow up they said the order is cancelled and the garment is not available!
Instead of refunding my money they send me a credit note- what nonsense who wants a credit note from this kind of a company. Obviously a huge scam- they cannot be reached at all!!
Will be going legal via the consumer court !
