Amazing lights and personal service when I messed up the address. Really happy with them!

Alaska Northern Lights was very responsive. My order was shipped and delivered to my house in TWO days! I was stunned. The packaging was perfect, and my light was in great condition. It is so much brighter than I expected, but that's what it's for. Good job.

I love this light! I suffer from depression and am feeling a difference after using the light for about 3 weeks. The emotional roller-coaster and leveled off significantly.

We bought the light for my husband who is using it faithfully every morning for 1/2 hour. It's been less that two weeks and hard to tell the results. However, it was very easy to navigate the website and receive the product. I have recommended Northern Lights to others in my practice (psychologist) and they have had good results. We are hoping for the same.

Customer service was nice and helpful. Packaging was great, everything secure, nothing loose or broke. The light brightens my sewing corner and my mood. I recommend this brand to anyone considering a SAD lamp.

GOT here right away. One bulb was weak; reported it and a day later nre one got here. Have to use it a month before reporting ondetails

This company is located in the States, which is important to me to support local employment. They actually answer the phone, unlike many places during the pandemic. They do not make you wade though an automated system to get to a human, and then make you wait on hold forever to get to a human; they actually just answer the phone like the olden days. The staff is wonderful. I called multiple times with different questions and they were professional and polite every time. And, this is one of the only companies where you can get a portable light which is 10,000 lux at 25 inches from your face. The other ones, if you read carefully, say 10,000 lux, but except for 1 company out of Frederick Maryland, all the other lights need to be 6 inches from your face to get the full 10,000 lux. A big plus is that this company provides a warranty is for 7 years, so if something goes wrong with the light panel during that time, they will replace the machine for you. If something goes wrong after 7 years, there is a repair fee, but that is a great deal.I look forward to getting the product!

I love my Light Box from Alaska Northern Lights! and have used it for the past 4 winters. This year, I noticed I was dropping into SAD depression much earlier that usual. Probably because of the uptick in the number of cloudy, rainy days in Northern Michigan. So, I started using lights and sure enough, my depression lifted and I'm off the couch and moving forward with my life. I did have to replace the lights because of a rambunctious pet, but they came very quickly and were packed well and were easy to install. I would and do recommend Alaska Northern Lights to my friends and family.

My SAD light was only lighting one set of bulbs, so we ordered a new set and they arrived promptly. Unfortunately, we realized something must be wrong with the wiring, as the new bulbs didn’t light up. After a helpful phone call to troubleshoot, we sent in the light box to see if it could be repaired. Imagine our surprise when we got a call saying that a new light box was being shipped. What a wonderful testimony for excellent customer service. They weren’t kidding when they advertised a lifetime warranty - I’ve had the light box for 20 years. You can’t go wrong with Alaska Northern Lights.

This is a high quality product with fast shipping and great customer service. I’ve used the mini lamp year round for 4+ years to energize/wake myself in the morning and maintain energy balance in the darker winter months. I keep it in my bathroom and turn it on in the morning while I get ready for the day; it’s an easy way to remember to use it consistently. I’ve tried other popular light-therapy brands, however Alaska Northern Lights is truly the best. The mini works so well that I bought a second mini to use while studying plus the travel lamp (and a small hardcase meant for a tablet). I feel a decrease in energy level if I forgot the mini lamp while traveling to family or for work. That won’t be a problem anymore. I can’t wait to use my travel lamp!

I got my lights to replace one that had burnt out very quickly.

Help finding a floor stand for the model I bought would have made this a much better experience.
