I have the original Northern lights light box that i have used for over 30 years. I thought I would order some new bulbs and when I saw this small LEG light pad, i was thrilled!

I’ve had mine for over 20 years and just replace the bulbs. I’ve used another brand of a smaller light and after a month I started feeling the depressive symptoms come back so I switched back and they went away.

My Doctor recommended your products for my S.A.D. and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought the Aurora Max and I am really happy with the amount of light it emits (really perks up the room) and it's the perfect size to slide into a laptop bag, if you want to protect it. Spend the money, get the MAX - it's perfectly portable.

The product arrived very quickly; much faster than I expected.

I had a very pleasant experience with Alaska Northern Lights in needing to use my warranty - from my initial call to their confirmation that a replacement was in its way. The process was simple and yet they walked me through each step of it. Their customer service was fantastic! Within minutes, I had a real human being on the phone (and she was kind too)! I was having an issue with the adapter working reliably. The process of returning the light was quick and efficient. The outcome of getting a new light under the warranty is delightful because I love and need my light!! Customer service was excellent which is a rare find these days.

Beth was very knowledgable about the product, didn't try to sell me a new one, gave helpful tech advice, and explained where I could get replacement parts. I ultimately bought a new LED light box to replace my old NorthStar. My experience restored my faith that at least some companies really stand by their products and make an effort to hire and retain stellar employees.

I purchased the mini after I read a lot about different options out there. I have been using a small light pad that works, but I have to hold it an inch from my face! I was intrigued that ANL have pads so strong they allow for placement farther away. I live in anchorage so the winters are long and I definitely need light therapy in the mornings.

Anyway, it works very well! It’s very compact, and appears to be very high quality. It came fast from Amazon and I registered it easily with ANL. I keep it about a foot and a half a way, to the side as I’m having morning coffee, and I feel the same benefits that I got from the other one being close by: more energy, less lethargy, easier to wake up in the mornings, and less brain fog. Highly recommend if you know light therapy works for you and you want to invest in a quality product. I hope to upgrade to the full size in a few years when I have more cash.

Winter is just a few weeks away here so I’m glad I have the light pad mini!

I was able to find the exact specifications for a replacement bulb on my Alaska Northern Lights therapy lamp which, made getting a replacement bulb on the website extremely easy. 10/10 customer service follow up call for my order as well.

Got these lights for my love. She has SAD.
Very helpful for her dealing with the dark long winter days.

I have only used my light box for 10 days, but already have noticed my sleep has improved....my mood should follow.

The speediness of delivery, especially when having to replace my light was incredible. I broke my light and ordered it and it arrived the next day. Also the employees are very nice and super helpful.

The construction quality of this lamp is durable and reliable. I'm very pleased with the overall quality and most importantly, the volume of light that I receive from using it in the mornings has made a tremendous difference in my mood and energy during the winter months. It's been a gamechanger and, aside from therapy sessions, the best investment I've ever made for my mental health.

I have personally used a light pad/box from Alaska Northern Lights for the past 8 years with great success. In addition, as a psychologist, I regularly “prescribe” their lights for my patients. Without fail, the lights have significantly helped my patients with depression, anxiety and sleep issues. I’ve tried lights from other companies but have not found them to be nearly as efficacious. Alaska Northern Lights sells a worthy product for treating disorders that can be mediated by full spectrum light. As an aside, they have excellent customer service.

I received the ALASKA NORTHERN LIGHTPAD, the mini pad yesterday late; how is one even supposed to know they NEED more light? So, I plugged it in early this morning; and IMMEDIATELY I felt as if my body were iron filings and the light was the magnet; I literally felt my body ‘gulping’ for light; it felt like major relief; my body even signaled me when it had had enough. When I turned the light off, it felt like I was living in a dark cave suddenly. I am somatically inclined; I read the science; that convinced me; this morning my body screamed out in joy; I will use daily until summer sun is in the sky; with a guarantee of 30 days, am I correct here; you should not wait one more second to order one and see for yourself. From my heart.

I am a 100% disabled Army veteran, regrettably suffering from PTSD. Rigorous research through the plethora of companies that make SAD therapy lamps proves that Alaska Northern Lights is second to none. There are companies that make inexpensive pieces of junk that can not compare with Alaska Northern Lights lamps.

Since you are interested in your health --- go no further. Invest in this incredible lamp.
I can not say enough about the amazing products and the professional staff that Alaska Northern Lights provides.

My light worked for a few months then stopped. It no longer works. If I tip it to the side, it sometimes blinks on for a second or two but then goes off. Can I exchange it for a working light?

Its a great device for support it works wonders.
