We were looking for an awning to improve our outside seating area. We did our research and came across Alba.

From the beginning, they were helpful, and listened to what we wanted. James came out to see us, measured up, gave us samples to choose from, hundreds of combinations so there's something for everyone.

The price was in the right area and they came to fit it. The whole team were great, really friendly, and talked us through how to use it.

The service was outstanding, and the quality of this awning is second to none.

We cant recommend this company enough.

Really delighted with my new domestic awning. Excellent service from initial contact to completion.James was very knowledgeable ,and fully explained the whole process,and great attention paid to detail. I was kept informed throughout, informed when the week of delivery would be, and infact the awning was fitted the same week. The two fitters were great as well, very courteous and tidy workers,and made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. We recently had an awning fitted and they did a brilliant job. Jim was so great at getting us organised and working to our time restraints. The guys that came to fit the awning were in got it set up showed me how to work everything and were happy to adjust everything to my demands. If I ever need anything like this again this will be the first place I’d get in touch with. Amazing service

Expertly fitted. Completely transforms our wee wine bar in SW Scotland. Euan & Daniel, Jim and James couldn't have been any easier to deal with. Awning up and functioning inside 3 hours.

We contacted Alba Blinds as the contractor who installed our awning was no longer dealing with the maker of our awning Weinor. The remote was not working properly and this had been the case for a few occasions before. I e mailed Alba Blinds on Tuesday evening and on Wednesday received an e mail asking for mobile no to discuss….did this Wednesday afternoon and received a call a few hours later to say they would be with us on Thursday morning at 9.00am if that was ok…..okay? Have never experienced such great customer service! But it did not end there….James who knew his stuff on the electrical side was great and within an hour had identified the problem (which was of the original installers making!) and had our awning working perfectly by 10.15am…..to say thank you to James and Alba Blinds I am writing this review in the hope that there business thrives.

Professional and prompt service. Nothing better than supporting a local and family run business. No job too big or small, James was very polite and pleasant when talking me through the process and options of choosing blinds.
