Bei Albatherium wurden die Preise innerhalb kurzer Zeit ohne jede Ankündigung drastisch erhöht – teils sogar verdoppelt. Wer sich intensiv in den Indikator einarbeitet und mit den bisherigen Kosten für sein Trading-Portfolio kalkuliert, wird vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt. Die „Lifetime“-Lizenz steigt stetig, offenbar um den Indikator bewusst als exklusives Nischenprodukt zu halten.

Kundenservice ist praktisch nicht vorhanden, und es bleibt unklar, wer überhaupt hinter dem Produkt steht. Diese Preisgestaltung und Intransparenz empfinde ich als klar kundenunfreundlich und unfair.

I paid for the $19 trial five days ago and still have no access to the portal to connect the indicator to my TradingView account. Support is extremely slow—one vague message per day at best—and I still have no resolution. The community appears dead, with no active engagement or help.

What’s worse is their confusing and overpriced payment structure. Why should anyone pay a $99 initial fee on top of the monthly $35 subscription, especially when the basic customer experience is this poor? They claim the initial payment is for access to "advanced tools" and "cloud calculations," but none of that matters if you can't even get into the platform.

The whole setup feels shady and unprofessional. I’m relieved I didn’t fall for the premium or lifetime packages. Based on my experience, this looks and feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs until they fix their support and onboarding process.

I’ve been trying to sign up and pay for a plan, but the website is completely broken. First, I can’t even verify my account because the verification email never gets sent—it just loads endlessly and does nothing.

Second, when I try to make a payment, I keep getting the same error:
"Unable to process payment currently, please try again later."
I’ve tried different banks and cards, but nothing works.

The worst part? There is no customer support at all. No response, no help, just a broken website. If this is how they handle sign-ups and payments, I can’t imagine how bad the service would be.

I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this company until they fix their platform and start supporting their customers properly.

The indicators might be good, but there is only very scarse documentation which leaves you more to guessing what the indicators might tell you than really explaining them in the detail needed.
I signed up and was charged twice the fee for the first month and although being charged for the second month as well, I did not have access to any of the indicators after the first month. "Customer Service" is non-existent
They have a chat for customer support, which takes ages to answer (if they answer at all) and does not address your issue at all. Writing an email to customer support is also useless since they do not reply at all. Oh, and don't fall for the "open a customer service ticket on our website"-comment - there is no such thing as a customer service section on their website.
Don't fall for this scam!

Be careful, the support at albatherium is terrible! Money is debited twice, the subscription continues to run despite cancellation and access to the indicator has also been blocked, although the subscription fee has been collected. Support plays dumb and doesn't get in touch. Watch out!

most accurate SMC indicator. saves you a lot of time in drawing the interesting areas. This has improved my trading a lot. Highly recommend.

I have the ultimate package which includes 3 Premium SMC indicators. The indicators are simply brilliant for automated structure marking and OB identification. You don’t need any other indicators for trend detection and pin point entries. Also this company are continually backtesting and improving the system. The respond well to customer feedback. When I started learning about SMC from YouTube, I found the Trading Hub channel, and there, after trying to find any SMC indicators, I got the first sonar lab and Lux Algo indicator, but I was not satisfied with mapping. Then, after I just searched on Google Trading Hub Structure Mapping Indicator, I got the AlbaTherium indicator, which is exactly mapping like the Trading Hub course. So I decide to try the $5 premium boot package to see if it's good for me or not, and then I'm very impressed with this indicator's accuracy level. And finally, I decided to purchase a lifetime package.

This indicator is easy to use. It identifys inducements, structural mapping, BOS, CHOCH, EXT.OB, and DEC.OB. I will defiantly reccomend this indicator to a friend. Good job guys!
